The rooms are for non-smokers. There is a car park for car owners. It will be a pleasure to relax on the terrace with a cup of coffee any month of the year.

we have been there on low season. There wasn't much going on. We have to make our own beds and there's not even coffee or tea.

Location, views, mountain air and pine trees are amazing! Hotel consists of semi-detached small houses at the middle of forest. If you want to enjoy the silence and listen to the birds singing this hotel is the right choice.
Room had everything what we need, even oven. But we didn’t cook a lot, we mostly eat in the restaurant Art Eat located at the middle of hotel area. In autumn restaurant works just on Fridays and Weekends. We really enjoyed the food, service and hospitality in the restaurant.

We made a reservation, but no one welcomed us. We didn’t reach the manager but he called us back after a while to tell us he will be there in 30 minutes with the keys.
We didn’t want to wait and he kindly let us cancel the reservation.

This place gets 5 stars for location and natural surroundings but 0 stars for everything else. Not a good place for families with small kids nor for elderly people. To climb up to your room, you have to be fit. Especially when the elevator is not working. Happened to us. The management couldn't care less to get it fixed. The rooms are slowly falling apart, everything is old and tired inside, plus dirty, especially outside of rooms. In case of fire, I dread to imagine how people get out of this place. This place urgently needs new management that cares.

The place is amazing, inside the forest.
It also has a nice pool for the kids.
However the apartment was missing a lot of things, like cookware, veranda chairs, oven grill etc.
When I contacted the administrator, he said that he didn't have any stock, and that maybe I can ask from someone else(???), and basically he didn't care about our complaints.
He was trying his best not to help us.
I think that person should not be in customer service.
The rest of the staff was very nice.
