Brilliant property!! Stayed there last week, right on the beach and the service at the F&B outlets was top notch. The rooms were also excellent modern and comfortable with a beautiful view! Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Protaras.

It was an unforgettable experience that truly deserves five stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel infrastructure is top-notch, with beautifully maintained facilities and elegant decor. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surroundings. The attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant close to the beach. It provided a perfect setting for dining with its breathtaking ocean views and serene ambiance. The food was exquisite, featuring a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who were always ready to accommodate any request. The pool area was another standout feature. It was pristine and inviting, perfect for both relaxation and fun. The poolside service was excellent, allowing me to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks without having to leave the comfort of my lounge chair. Overall, Flamingo Paradise Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of exceptional staff, luxurious infrastructure, a wonderful beachside restaurant, and an inviting pool made my stay truly memorable. Okay so I don't know where to start.. Have to say that in the beginning we were happy with the hotel and the facilities, but when we had problems with our room, the hotel manager Lisa weren't very friendly anymore. We reported our travel agent that we had problems in our room, and our travel agent told us that they will tell the hotel how to manage and told them to send our clothes to laundry and wash also our bags. Hotel promised to our travel agent that they would send our stuff to laundry, and we also had a nice talk with guest relations manager Tsokos who was very friendly, apologised for the inconvenience and understood the situation. At this point we were happy and thought that everything was fine. So we packed our things to laundry bags after talking with Tsokos and our laundries were picked up from our room. In the evening reception called us that our laundrys were in reception and that they would bring them to us. In couple minutes came another phone call and reception informed us that we need to come to reception to see if all our laundries were back. We were bit surprised at this point, but went to reception. We were informed that the laundries had been washed in some employees home!!! And we needed to count now that all our clothes were there. Hotel manager Lisa was there, and she forced us to go through our laundry in HOTEL LOBBY. She didnt't let us do it in our room though we asked nicely. She was yelling us that it's our fault because we didn't write a note what was in the laundry bags, but nobody asked us to do that and there was no form in the laundry bags they gave us. So there we were, in hotel lobby, next to other clients, counting our socks, bras and underwears. It was 100% humiliating. All this time hotel manager Lisa was standing next to us and yelling most of the time. She yelled us that it was "goodwill gesture" that they washed the clothes, though our travel agency told us it's a protocol and the hotel must do it. So we went through all our stuff quickly there and tried to head back to our room, but Lisa didn't let us. She demanded that we had to sign a form which states that all our clothes were returned from laundry, which was some employees home, and we refused. We told her we are not sure whether everything is back and that we would go them through again in privacy of our room. Lisa Tsolaski didn't approve this and she started to yell again. She was trying to pull the laundry bags from my friends hands and managed to take one. At this point we left to our room, my friend was crying and we both were shocked. There's no way staff can touch guests in any matter, and the way Lisa was acting was just inappropriate. We called our travel agency and they were also shocked. They called the hotel and the laundry bag, that Lisa stole, was returned to our room with other staff member. Luckily we were checking out same evening, otherwise we would have insisted to change the hotel. Lisa is a hotel manager and I really hope she doesn't treat the hotel staff same way as she treats the guests

This is a modern, clean hotel at the beach. We stayed in the side sea view room for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. Room had big double bed and a nice bathroom. Air conditioning was the only problem with the room as it blows straight on to the bed. Breakfast was pretty good. Sunlounges really good. Pool was way too cold unfortunately. Nice & clean beach. Location very nice, lots of restaurants around but choose carefully as some of them are awful. Our favorites were marcello's, folio and brewery. Service at hotel very good. We recommend staying here!
