I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night. All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait to go back for my next holiday.

One week in paradise it certainly was. October weather perfect. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach. 💯 returning. Thank you all for your kindness.

Exceptional Hotel! My family had an issue with the booking, and they helped us without asking any questions and with a big smile. Each employee I had an encounter with was charming and professional. The breakfast is delicious and they can arrange you with a cute box if you can’t make it. The room was beautiful and comfortable💤 The only issue with this hotel, is not the hotel itself but its neighbours, all around you can find family-all-inclusive kind of hotels with a lot of noise, I was staying during end of September and gladly the huge speakers were muted around 23:00, but that’s how Protaras in general is. Thank you all the team I wish to see you again soon!

Our stay was brief, lasting no more than 8 hours, and we didn't have the chance to use any of the facilities. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the overnight staff, who were very polite and accommodating. They informed us that they would switch our twin beds to a double bed the following morning, as housekeeping was unavailable at the time and it was the last room they had. However, the experience quickly deteriorated. We were shocked to find that the bed sheets were not cleaned and were visibly stained. We had to share one clean blanket between the two of us, which was far from comfortable. Beyond the bedding, the room itself was not sanitary at all. There were stains on the blanket, floors, and walls, especially around the towel hangers and the sink. Oddly, the sink wasn’t even located in the bathroom but right next to the beds, which made the situation even worse. It was unsettling to imagine previous guests washing their faces or spitting in the sink with water splashing around so close to the sleeping area. The lack of cleanliness made it impossible to enjoy our stay. We requested a refund for our 2 booked nights, which the manager approved with a sour mouth. However, they only refunded the second night, stating they weren’t responsible for delivering the service they initially promised. Although I appreciated the design of the place, the poor cleanliness and lack of attention to basic hygiene standards made it a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

We have visited Flamingo paradise beach hotel with my partner from a recommendation from a friend. We were glad we made this choice as the whole experience was great. This is the definition of hospitality, from the housekeepers, receptionists, waiters and Mrs. Lisa (owner) who were always friendly and warm. We felt like a family here. We will definitely be back again next year.
