It’d give this hotel a 3.5/5. The hotel itself is good enough. However the reason we booked it was because we’ve seen so many comments about it being a super welcome family-run place. But that wasn’t the impression we had.
Staff was nice although could’ve been a bit warmer. I also arrived in my birthday and thought for a hotel with that price tag, we could’ve expected a little gesture, but that isn’t what I’m basing this review on.
Our problem was with the owners themselves. We’ve seen them being overly friendly with other guests, who were mostly older, but not extend the same hospitality to us. The female owner even went around breakfast tables to invite everyone for their jazz night, purposely missing out our table. I assume this was because we were a younger couple and maybe we are not seen as having the same lifetime value as those older ones that potentially return year after year. But it left a really sour taste in our mouths, especially as this isn’t a cheap place and we stayed there for 10 nights.
So we wouldn’t recommend this to anyone under 40 nor would we return.

I was impressed with every aspect of my experience here — the staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area.
The team really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness throughout.
**A suggestion for management:** The in-room dining menu displayed on the TV requires urgent improvement. Since there is no printed menu available as an alternative, the TV display becomes the sole way guests can view and order food. Currently, the image quality is poor and blurry, making it difficult to read menu descriptions, prices, and details clearly. This significantly impacts the guest experience when trying to place an order.
Given that the TV menu is guests' only option, it absolutely must be of premium quality — crisp, clear, and easy to read. This is a critical touchpoint that directly affects how guests interact with your room service. Upgrading the menu graphics to high resolution would be a simple yet impactful improvement.
Overall, wonderful hotel with fantastic potential. I'm confident that addressing this issue would make the experience even more exceptional. I look forward to returning!

First time in Cyprus and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel! Everything was to our liking: not crowded, no loud music during the day… the atmosphere is very peaceful, even though you are directly at the beachfront.
Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained.
Breakfast is absolutely amazing, so many options for various food preferences!
Special shoutout goes to the staff. They are very friendly and forthcoming. We arrived very early and our room was not ready, but they provided us with beach towels and directed us towards the changing rooms where we could hop into our swimsuits and afterwards use the pool area/go to the beach. Same goes with checking out - you can leave your luggage, use the pool area and once you need to change, you are provided with another set of clean towels to shower and prepare for your trip.
Marie was the one who checked us in and checked us out, ensuring that our luggage is stored safely and provided us with all the necessary info!
Kornilia helped us organize some extracurricular acitivities and gave us tips as a local.
We are also super thankful to Skye and Victoria, as well as Veronica who greeted us every morning at the restaurant and made sure that everything went smoothly during breakfast.

A Wonderful Stay at Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel 🌊
We had a lovely experience at Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — always friendly, polite and attentive.
Our sea view suite was immaculate. The room was spotless, well maintained, and offered views of the beach — waking up to the sound of the waves was lovely.
One thing that stood out was the owner took the time to come and say hello, not once but twice. That kind of hospitality is rare and made us feel valued as guests.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for getaway in Cyprus. Our 3rd time to the area, first at this hotel and we’ll definitely be returning!

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable, which made us feel right at home. What really made our experience extra special were the amazing people at the reception. A big shout-out to Marie and Victoria – they were so friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for. We left with the best impressions and would definitely love to come back again!
