Still here and cannot wait to get home.
On arriving with jet 2 which I cannot fault, we were checked into a room with a mouldy sandwich each as we arrived after dinner was served. The rooms are lovely and that’s as much as I can say about them, the majority of the staff are completely miserable and unhelpful, the food was terrible and wasn’t warm and it was the same thing most days, it’s our first trip to Cyprus and it’s not been a great one, we won’t be coming here again, for what we paid I’d rather stay home x

Super hotel, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the boardwalk, which takes you all along the beach to Portaras.
Breakfast was good, always lots to choose from.
Evening meal was ok, there was normally something there for everyone, but some nights there was a repeat with the food on offer ie, pasta rice spaghetti pizza, pasta rice spaghetti pizza!
It is classed as a 4 star hotel which it is for the rooms and decor but not quiet on the food front.
Always clean and rooms were done daily with floors moped and new towels.
A very nice hotel. Fresh and modern look, boho style makes you feel the holiday vibe.
Spacious rooms, with full wall window/balcony makes the room nice and bright. Rooms are very clean, and equiped with all necesarry things (flat tv, fridge, even shower gel if you forget to pack your own, safe etc) with very comfortable beds and the view of the sea. The only thing i could complain about with the rooms are the showers - as there is no water pressure so with little water coming out it takes a while to shower, and the quality of toilet roll is so poor you really have to be careful or use a lot of it.
Staff i very friendly, everyone smiles at you and if you ask for helo they won't let you down. One minus about the hotel were the lifts, rather dirty and didn't always work. Food at the restaurant is very good and the dinners are different each night. Some of the bar Staff could be nicer and smile but hey. Hotel is very close to the beach and has a fairly big pool. It's been a pleasure staying here, it's been a great 7days.

We travelled with a 3 year old, 11 year old and additional family. We have been to ayia napa and protaras every year in different hotels. After reading reviews we were really looking forward to staying at this hotel but it was honestly a big let down.
The pool is small and only a small section can you stand up so it was very busy in this area. The water looked very dirty and the pool area was not very well maintained. The toilets are down two lots of stairs not near the pool so forever backwards and forwards. Although we didn't see many people using them which is worrying.
The bar staff were very over worked and service is very slow. There is lots of arguments with staff and management over this. Guest very unhappy having to wait.
One day we sat and waited for snacks from 11:20, was told to sit down twice... at 12pm they came and said sorry closed and wouldn't serve us on the all inclusive. The drinks are basic. The water is filtered and it taste like bleach. Bottled water isn't included on the all inclusive and is expensive to buy compared to shops We were served milk shakes for 2 days then told in rude manner we had to start paying for them.
The entertainment is very poor and they don't try to include guests in anything.
The location is OK but it's still a 20 minute walk to center which in August was too hot to keep doing with the kids. The back road is also pitch black on a night.
One morning we put out towels on cabana and when we came back from breakfast they were soaked. Complained to reception where i was told nothing they could do. Must have been another guest and they wouldn't even give me a complimentary towel for my son to use until they dried out.
We couldn't pay to keep a room on. None available for any guests the full time we were there. There is only 1 tiny shower to use so be quick! It's like a sweat box and no where to dry hair and located in the pool toilets.Luggage room is like a sauna and so busy and dirty. We were there till 19:00 pick up so was a nightmare!
Pros - beds are comfertable and air con good. Rooms are modern. Food was good in restaurant and snack bar.
We wouldn't return unfortunately. Which is shame because minor changes could really have changed our opinion but the staff and management don't want to know and if you try and approach them they get very defensive and won't help! There were loads of guest complaining around the pool for different reasons
On first impressions, this hotel looks lovely, new and modern... but that's as good as it gets.
Currently staying here and really wish we wasn't.
Arrived late Weds 9th, 2 adults & one 5 year old child, stopping in room 521, a sea view double room.
Unfortunately, the room was filthy when we arrived! 'm not convinced the bathroom had even been cleaned from the previous people who stopped in it. The shower was covered in grime and hairs, there was gross stains all over the bin, the room had hairs all over the floor and the coffee cups were dirty.
We called the reception in the morning but the manager wasn't available to speak to, of course….. but we did managed to speak to a cleaner and showed her the muck and in all fairness she cleaned it.
The second day we put the clean me light on because we needed fresh towels as I had to shower my 5 yr old in the small cubicle, through a small opening and use the towels we had to mop the excess water left on the floor. This wouldn't normally be an issue, however after being out all day and coming back late, our room hadn't been cleaned nor did we have any clean towels. Once again we had to ring down to reception and complain... I hope this isn't going to be a daily occurrence!
There's a massive wardrobe with 5 hangers for 3 people, so all clothes are just piled on the shelves. There isn't any shelves in the bathroom, so no where to store toiletries and the toothbrush holder provided is covered in other peoples muck.
Although we are all inclusive, we have only had 1 meal in the restaurant. The food was ok but the restaurant seems too small for the number of guests, so it felt like you were crammed in.
We also ordered 3 drinks which they got even wrong.
have been coming to Cyprus for the past 15 yrs, but I like to try in different hotels for a change and I have to say this is the worst.
Based on my experience so far and the room we are stopping in, I certainly wouldn't recommend stopping her all inclusive as a family. It would maybe be ok for a couple to get your head down, as self catering if you spent most your time out if the hotel.
Unfortunately, we still have 7 more nights... I'm hoping things improve and we can leave with a different opinion, but at the moment I can't wait to leave.
