We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant holiday, although there are a few areas that need improvement. The rooms were standard and nice enough, with tea and coffee facilities, a kettle and a mini fridge provided. We had a pool-facing room, which was lovely. The rooms were cleaned daily, however housekeeping could be improved. On one occasion, after I accidentally spilled tea on the bed sheet, the sheet appeared to be turned around rather than replaced. Our biggest disappointment came on arrival. We had booked and paid for a double room but found two single beds pushed together instead. When we spoke to reception, we were met with a sarcastic response and told that we should have requested a double bed before arrival, as all rooms are set up with single beds as standard. The issue was eventually addressed by adding a double mattress topper, but we were still given two single duvets. This entire interaction could have been avoided if the room had simply been arranged as booked in the first place. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff from Singapore and Nepal. They are fantastic, hardworking, kind, happy and polite people who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. They genuinely made our stay more enjoyable and deserve huge praise. Unfortunately, some of the Cypriot staff were not as welcoming and could be quite abrupt and bossy at times, particularly towards the overseas employees. Five stars to the wonderful staff from Singapore and Nepal – thank you for making our stay so lovely. Food was very hit and miss. Some meals were enjoyable, while others were disappointing. Breakfast often included wedges every other day, which felt more like leftovers from the previous evening's dinner than a breakfast option. There was also one rather moody gentleman making omelettes each morning using a single frying pan while serving a long queue of guests. We only chose to eat dinner in the hotel a few times during our stay. On the positive side, the food available to order from the bar, including pizzas, burgers and chips, was really tasty. The drinks were also very good, with cocktails that actually tasted like proper cocktails rather than the watered-down versions often found at all-inclusive resorts. We stayed on a half-board basis and were glad we did, as the buffet food lacked both quality and variety at times. The pool area was lovely. Although not huge, it was a good size for the hotel, cleaned daily and equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Best of all, there were no early-morning sunbed battles, with plenty available throughout the day. One other frustration was the lifts, which seemed quite temperamental. On several occasions they would travel up only to come back down again, making them unreliable and causing unnecessary waiting times. The entertainment was also very disappointing and lacked both variety and atmosphere. We found it quite poor overall and chose not to spend much time watching it. The hotel's location is another positive. It's in a nice area with friendly people, good bars and restaurants, and only around a 15-minute walk from the main strip. We also explored the surrounding area using the local buses, which were excellent value at €2 each way. We visited Ayia Napa, Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Beach, and the beaches were absolutely stunning. Overall, this is a clean hotel in a good location with some genuinely wonderful staff. While there are several areas that could be improved, particularly room allocation, customer service from some reception staff, the buffet food, entertainment and lifts, we still had an enjoyable stay thanks to the fantastic overseas employees and the hotel's convenient location.

Upon arrival is very clean and the rooms are also very clean housekeeping 10/10 and kind. however on my first breakfast I was wearing a bikini top with white flowy bottoms which covered all of my bottom half I was told by one of the waitress breakfast staff to cover up and wear a shirt. It was said rudely and quite frankly disgusting customer service. I will insert a picture of her below. we ordered a meal in the afternoon, which was okay standard for a four star hotel however we was pressured immediately when we started eating to pay and they came about five times to the table to ask if we was finished and wanted to pay when we have only just started, good customer service would wait for the customer to ask for the bill instead I was begged.

Wont be staying here again more like a 2 star ,The room was clean but unfortunately the AC didnt work nor did the fridge also couldn't sleep do to the loud music being played downstairs, The lifts have a mind of the own Food . Not much choice ,infact its cheap bacis food !water you have to buy ,cold coffee are not free same as some spirits and ice lolly's we paid for fully inclusive The pool and grounds are clean and tidy Entertainment was very poor We did complain to reception but was told no other rooms available and was rude Just being honest but was let down with room and was expecting a bit more if you pay for fully inclusive

We have a late flight landing at Larnaca airport, which was about 1 hour and 20 mins away for us (we took the premium shuttle). As we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was on her phone. Thers is parking at the hotel if you are looking to rent a car or buggy. the buggy rental place is around the corner The room was quite nice. The air con kept turning off as it was on a sensor. We would strongly suggest upgrading to pool view. otherwise it was generally clean and tidy. ironing room was availiable. The sunbed were lovely! very thick and soft cushions It took around 25mins for us to walk to Vryssi beach. There are a couple of shops and restaruant nearby. nice sandy beach about beach 5 mins away, the water was very clear and very blue.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Absolutely spotless and the familiar beautiful fragrance as you enter the Reception was amazing. This hotel has had an upgrade from last year. All the staff were amazing but special mentions to Nicki (Reception Manager) Kabita (everywhere and fondly known as The Little Ninja) everything she done was with a smile on her face. Andreeas Evalina (Bar) Usha and Bhuddah (Restaurant). Every member of staff were amazing, especially the cleaning team who were out every morning sweeping and cleaning everywhere before they start on the rooms. Rooms are spacious, airy and spotless every day. This year we had a poolside view, last year we had a sea view on the toad side, both wonderful. The food was unbelievable and so fresh and hot and such variety. Keep those Chefs. The biggest change for me was the sunbeds, such a game changer, so comfortable with exquisite cushions. There was a lot of aesthetic changes too. I will give this hotel 5 stars every time. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special. I can't wait to come back next year.
