Nice hotel, but I'd question 4 stars. It's only a couple of years old but there's flaws with the hotel. Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked. This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people. Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks. Food is quite offensive cold. Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven....still yet to find it. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several. Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting.
Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term. As a result, the hotel is closing down around you!
Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature. 2 occasions reception were asked to lower the temperature, which was only acknowledged once making it awkward to sleep properly. I would return in future if they listened to feedback from guests, improved and reinvested to bring the hotel back upto speck.
I recently stayed at this hotel with my children, drawn by the beautiful pools and the impressive water park we saw in the photos.
However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the pool water was freezing. It wasn't just us who noticed—even other guests, including those from Scandinavia and Northern Europe, were staying out of the pools. I even took photos during noon when it was warm outside, yet the pools remained empty.
You can see in the photos I added that the pools and the water park are completely emptey. The kids just stood and looked at it from outside.
This issue was particularly noticeable because the hotel doesn't offer any shallow pools; all of them are at least 1.40 meters deep. There's no gradual entry, so you can't simply sit with your feet in the water to adjust to the temperature.
The water park was also a letdown for the same reason. It uses fresh water that flows continuously through the slides and sprinkles from above, but the water was so cold that touching it felt like being pricked by needles. Both we and our kids tried to enjoy the slides, but the freezing water made it unbearable.
During this vacation, we stayed at other hotels where the pool water was cold but not to this extreme. It was especially frustrating because the water in the water park is constantly flowing, and it seems the hotel has chosen to keep it extremely cold for some reason.
Adding to our disappointment, the rooms were small and cramped, which made our short stay less comfortable. On a positive note, the breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options.
Since we couldn't use the pools or enjoy the water park, we found ourselves with little to do at the hotel.
Shortly after our arrival, we approached the reception and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay. I appreciated that they agreed to the cancellation, but having to leave the hotel mid-vacation to find alternative accommodations was very disappointing.
If you're planning to visit this hotel during the peak of summer, it might be fine. But if you're not coming in August, I suggest you think twice, as the water might be freezing.

We just spend 12 days at this hotel. It is nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant and the reception are very nice.
It is a smoking hotel. People smoke all over - by the pool and in the restaurant. I think that is important to mention since it bothered us a lot.
There is no pool for smaller children. All pools are 140 cm deep.
The loyalty club seems to be a scam - I did not receive any points and tried to contact them several times to get it fixed but no one answers.
The waiters in the restaurant are very sweet and really go out of their way to give you a good experience.
The food is nice and there’s plenty to choose from, most people can find something they like I think.
The children club is very strange - some of the employees do not seem to like children at all. And it is from 6 years and up - so not very helpful since it usually is smaller children you would want looking after if you want to use the gym.
So people brought their children to the gym which obviously is not a good idea.
I was especially disappointed of the children club – the employees had their mobile phones out a lot in front of the children and they really didn’t seem to be interested in the kids at all.
I had to have my daughter with me doing training sessions because the employees would not watch her even though the club was empty at the time. 3 employees were just sitting there and staring at their phones and my daughter had to go with me to the gym instead because she is 5,5 years old and not 6. So silly.

I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge. Room was lovely and clean but only negatives I would say is the shower needs a screen or something to stop the water getting all over the floor as our floor always had a pool of water after a shower even with a towel on the floor. Next I would say is the aircon wouldn’t go any lower than 23 degrees and wasn’t a constant flow which at night was getting on the warmer side. The finishing touches in the room were a little sloppy with paint on the furnishings but again this is very minor. Beds were so comfy along with pillows. The pools were lovely and clean but getting a sunbed was difficult as guests would reserved them at 07:30 despite the no reserving rule so often was left with a sunbed in the dirt out of the way. Food was the best we have had in a half board service and were so many options and themed nights for food. Couple of nights didn’t take our fancy but a quick drive into Ayia napa or Protaras was simple to go out to eat. On one occasion one of the staff came to pour our drinks and the rubber seal on the water container came off into my cup and then water went all over our table. The staff member stopped and looked at the rubber seal floating in my cup and just walked off and didn’t return. No apology or offer to dry our table or get me a fresh cup but it’s only water and can be cleaned but just the offer would’ve been nice. Other than this all staff in the restaurant were lovely even the bar too.
Last thing is a man from house keeping knocked twice on our door despite the do not disturb being turned on. This isn’t a problem as things can be not seen but my partner shouted no thank you twice as he couldn’t get to the door due to being injured. The male entered and my partner shouted loudly no thank you again due to being in bed trying to rest but the male walked straight in and said he needed to do a stock take of our fridge. This might be minor but if someone is shouting no thank you when you’re entering their room you shouldn’t enter and then when asked to leave don’t leave because you want to do a stock take then you should just leave. We had no problem at any staff entering our room and even when we had shouted no thank you in the past the staff were usually friendly and left us alone and said if we needed anything then to call. This did make us a bit wary about people coming into our room and didn’t appreciate not respecting our request but I believe his stocktake could’ve waited until the next day or asked us to call when we were ready.
Really love the hotel and would definitely return.

If you want to chill and relax - avoid this hotel.
This is the very first time when I am writing my opinion during the stay, but the staff can really ruin your stay here.
You cannot sit alone and drink anything from the glass literally nowhere. Otherwise employees will stand on your back and ruin your holidays. Because there is no place where can you sit and drink quietly. There is no other tables and chairs beside restaurant and crowded and noisy lobby bar. I understand that you cannot drink from the glass by the pool, but there is no quiet place where you can. At least if they have proper paper cups, not this kind which is leaking after 5minutes.
You cannot even count for something to drink during your meal, because if you even will be patient enough to wait for somebody to take your order, you will not receive it during the meal.
Nevertheless hotel looks good, has nice pools and rooms. Don’t count for beach, there is 1m x 1m “beach”, from the good points - even more than half of people here are “reserving” the sun beds, you do not to be like them, because some are always free.
