Was lucky that Jet 2 were as good as they should of been.
Our room was lovely, clean, super view.
However, we were given the wrong room and I did have to complain and point out that the room we was given initally wasn't the one we had booked.
Jet 2 were brilliant znd sorted it by 1.00pm the next day.

Our stay at Atlantica Mare Blue in Protaras was extremely disappointing.
On the day of our departure, while we were still getting ready to leave, the housekeeper repeatedly insisted on entering our room to clean it. Shortly afterwards, we discovered that our daughter's tablet was missing and it has never been recovered.
What disappointed us the most was the way the hotel management handled the incident. Instead of advising us to report the matter to the police immediately, the hotel manager assured us that he would personally take care of the case. As a result, our police report was delayed, yet nothing was ever done and we received no meaningful follow-up or update from the hotel.
We later requested a refund as a gesture of goodwill in light of how this serious incident was handled. To this day, we have received no response whatsoever. The hotel's complete silence and lack of concern are simply unacceptable.
Due to the way this matter has been handled, we have decided to pursue legal action to protect our rights.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. When guests report the disappearance of a valuable personal item, they expect responsibility, transparency, and genuine support. Sadly, we experienced none of these.

An amazing family vacation!We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect, especially for our 2 and 5-year-old kids who enjoyed every single moment. The all-inclusive deal was fantastic and high quality. The location is excellent, right near the main street and top attractions. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 full days with friends, and honestly, it was an amazing break from daily life. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and very well organized.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay even better - the lovely reception team Kamil, Afina, and Dennise, who were always smiling, kind, and helpful. Also Petros at the bar, who brought such a great atmosphere and drinks! Sephora from the kids club, who was amazing with the children, and all the waiters in the dining room, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always serving with a smile.
One thing we truly appreciated was that before arriving, we asked if our 3 rooms could be close to each other. Many hotels promise this but don’t really make it happen. Here, they did, and it made a huge difference for our families and kids, who were able to stay together and enjoy every moment.
The food was great, the rooms and their location were wonderful, the water park was fantastic for the kids, and the hotel is also very close to a beautiful beach. (Beach chairs and umbrella rental cost around 6€.)
Nothing felt missing during our stay. It was one of those vacations where everyone - adults and children - genuinely enjoyed themselves.
Thank you for such a beautiful experience. We will definitely keep great memories from this place.

First time at this hotel, and what a fabulous experience.
Welcomed with a snack after arriving very late, spotlessly clean comfy and modern room.
Food was lovely, especially the A La Carte restaurant, and plenty of sunbeds, with three lovely clean pools. Bar staff attentive, nothing too much trouble.
We were even offered a complimentary courtesy room on our last day to freshen up in, with a shower and fresh towels.
Everyone of the staff was so friendly, we will definitely stay again.
