First of all I'd like to highly recommend Andreas from the main restaurant and Bibiana from the evening activities/kids play room. Both were key individuals that contributed with positive energy to our stay. Both are welcoming and eager to help and always with a big smile. Thank you so much!!!
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing on the young lifeguards that usually minding their own business instead of their very important job, staff of the pool bars that for some reason aren't welcoming at all to say the least, sometimes they even raising their voice on the hotel guests. This is not the way to service the ones who pay for your salary.
Last ones are the lovely employees in the front desk. Most of them just don't know how to properly welcome and service their guests, no matter their nationality. Yeah we felt the tension, which other guests didn't receive. On top that the hotel management misleads their guests by this screen that you can see in the room TV which 1 thing, but apparently you have to book for 5 nights in order to get 1 reservation in this special restaurant. After a long discussion with the staff, we got disappointed and tired of talking and explaining. So it's up to you if you want to visit this hotel. I don't next time on the island we'll be coming back. Such a shame.
The rooms are small, they have this strange thing with the lighting switches that you need a degree to fully understand what controls what exactly, on your first night prepare yourself to play with it for 30-60m before getting to bed. The AC is very loud, and the minimum temperature was 23⁰ on a very warm night, so we didn't slept so good. Their response to the AC situation was this is how it got from the factory. What kind of stupid answer is that?
We had an issue with one the 2 TVs which took 4 handymens 2 days to fix until some guy came with his frustration from home to work and made the entire day a disgrace for his team and the hotel he's working on. He leaterly ruined my day.
They have this little water park for the kids which is nice, and also a playing room. 2 pool bars, few restaurants(4 in total I think, including the bar in the top floor), evening activities, a shop. If you decide to visit there take "all inclusive".

We have just arrived back after having a week here overall hotel is good staff are very friendly and helpful and hotel is very modern and clean .
Drinks are general good
Food well loads to choice from but always cold
But pool snack bar which is open 10.1800 is amazing (burgers).
Make sure u take vist to 7 skies roof top cocktail bar this is stunning for sunset .
We had swim uo room which was lovely which faced the gardens and we had no sun on pool or terrace which meant pool was freezing and couldn't be used .if we had know this we wouldn't booked a swim up .but room was lovely and modern. Room (601)
Maids they tske your towels and bathrobes away and dont bring any back .
Would I recommend hotel yes but not swim uo rooms

My favorite part about this hotel was this one waiter called i think it was something with Leo. He was very good at his job understanding incredible service very fast and very funny guy cracking jokes at our table every time he was passing by. Me and my party were very impressed and this definitely made our stay more of an enjoyable experience. We hope to visit this hotel again and hopping we have the same waiter. Thank you for making such an incredible experience for us.😁😗☀️☀️🏖

We arrived for our holiday reception were very nice and explained things well.
We had a swim up room it was facing the garden and not the main pool area, we didnt know that we would only get sun in our pool from 4pm and only for about an hour the pool was freezing cold due to no sun on it all day i think that this should be told to us when booking because with this information we would not of booked swim up room. You also have to think about getting drinks you have to come out your room to get a drink to go back again through the hotel as there is no access from your pool side to the main area overall i would not bother booking these rooms and most guests even on the front facing the pool didnt even use there rooms and just sat by the main pool like we did. Also they dont provide sun beds in these room just chairs.
The noice from the hallways was bad you can hear people opening thier doors and talking.
The A.C was very weird would keep coming on and then going off and cant go any lower than 23 degrees.
Room its self was nice cleaners were fantastic with making the bed and cleaning the rooms everyday. On the other side of that a couple of things broke on our stay such a cuboard door coming off and our door handle coming off. The key card was good and even next to my phone never got wiped and still worked.
Other guests coming back late at night woke me up a few times and the aircon kept my wife awake we couldnt leave the door open as on the gound floor and the grounds were open for anyone to come onto them.
The food was nice some days were getting a bit of repeat.
The big issue is your seated down at lunch and diner time and have to wait for someone to come and order your drinks no pumps to help yourself and if you want another you have to try flag down someone to order another, all staff were freindly and did there best.
The best thing for me is men dont have to wear trousers in the evening 🙌
Cocktails and drinks were nice and the snack bar food was delicous and were very popular.🍷🍹🍸
The main entertainment was on very late starting around 10pm so we never watched it mostly because there are not enough seats in the bar and there is no entertainment room which is weird.
There was not much near by only 1 shop and car rental. We went down to beach but no seats for free as its used by another hotel and its a small stretch.
There were 4 pools which was nice and 3 life guards on duty. Every sun bed has a table and umbrella which was good but there are still unbed wars going on even in October and had to get yours out by 7am to stand a chance of a good spot. Also there are some parts around the pool that are very tight and no more than 1 person at a time can walk down and is very slippery - i did see a few guests slip over on my stay.
They have a splash park for the kids which looked fun.
Overall its a nice hotel just woud'nt book a swim up room here.
What an amazing 2-night stay! The hotel, while packed, was well designed to not feel crammed and busy. Upon arrival, Stratos assisted us with the check-in and upgraded us to the family room with a huge terrace overlooking the pool area. The view was fantastic! I enjoyed how modern the room was with a huge walk-in shower and hair conditioner that kept my hair nourished and silky.
The breakfast buffet had a ton of tasty and healthy choices. The service was great overall, where the staff was always attentive.
The parking lot is right next to the hotel, and it is located on the bus line. Walking distances to some restaurants and a local hidden beach with great snorkeling (Mimosa Hotel).
Just know that it is also very family-friendly with a splash zone for the kids!
