Had buffet the day I arrived at Protaras. Lovely food, great atmosphere, very pleasant and helpful staff. The live singer it was great entertainment. Loved it. Going back

And I'm back for two weeks this time. The lovely surprise to be greeted by a glass of buck’s fizz while our documents were checked by the reception to the friendly manner of the whole team, couldn’t be a better start for my holidays. I’m not going to spoil your experience by talking too much or give too much detail, I only can say that from cleanliness to polite friendliness of the staff (led by lovely Sonia) I couldn’t fault anything. All the areas have a lovely fresh look and feeling, spacious and convenient. The immaculate gardens surrounding the hotel are the perfect frame that extends to the beach, just 50 metres away from the outdoor lounging area. I was quite happy to find a walk in shower and the quality of the bed. Be aware of your waist line: the buffet always presents a variety of tempting dishes and it is difficult to resist to try a little of everything. I had a fabulous time and would like to thank everybody for it and see you all soon.

We stayed at the Louis Infinity Blu for two weeks in April and I cannot praise this hotel and it's staff enough!
It's a real gem of a place. Right from the start the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome. On arrival, we were told "this is your home for the next two weeks" and throughout our stay we were looked after in the same manner.
We had my elderly Mum along with us and she was bowled over by the attentiveness of the staff and the fabulous manager Sonia.
It's an immaculate, family-run hotel with only 50 rooms and delivers more than I could have expected from it's 4-star rating. The food is wonderful, a spacious, airy dining area with a variety of dishes that would satisfy any taste I could imagine. The staff are attentive, but never overbearing...... just sit with an empty glass and someone will soon pass by and quietly ask if you want another.
The location is great, with a large pool area with plentiful lounging space, then a grassy slope to a lower lounging area with its own outside bar. Beyond that you are on the beach of a small bay. Just lovely!
Protaras and Aiya Napa are are a short taxi ride away if you want to party or explore the nightlife. There are also regular buses.
We hired a car from a local firm (helpfully recommended by reception) so we could do some exploring of our own.
We were looking for a stress-free location where we could explore from in our own time and this was just perfect. Even if we hadn't left the hotel it would have been fantastic! As it was, we could go out on our own and not worry for a moment about my Mum. She was very happy to chat, be entertained and looked after by the staff.
It was a fabulous stay from start to finish and we can't wait to go back as soon as possible!

Absolutely wonderful hotel highly recommended great food great ambience great booze and all by the sea I am a disabled traveller and this hotel was absolutely marvellous in helping me out with just about everything. A real little slice of heaven.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOUR UNDER THE AGE OF 50! Me and my friends went age 24/26 and it was full of pensioners and even the man who was also checking in next to us said what are we doing here this is a hotel for pensioners🤣 little did we know he was correct! The lady on reception had to speak to us twice because we had music on in our rooms at night time which is pathetic seen as tho it was an adults only hotel with no kids so what is the problem with music. Also the pool was unbearable as it was TOO COLD to get in! We went may and it was far too cold to even dip my toes in the water. The only good thing from the hotel is the rooms are nice and food is amazing and lots to choose from.

Amazing hotel, we have a sea view suite which is well worth the upgrade. Lovely balcony and incredible air conditioning given the 32degree weather. Food and drinks are great. I usually struggle with food on holiday being vegetarian but there is so much available here I can't even try it all! We will definitely return!
Rooms
There are a total of 50 rooms which consist of three main room types; Superior Studios, Suites and Deluxe Suites. The hotel has created a picture-perfect environment for relaxing and calm that is decidedly modern and refined with beautiful new interiors and designer furnishings, all striving to offer maximum comfort.
Superior Studios
All Superior Studios, twelve in total, are approximately 325 square feet (around 30 square metres) and combine the bedroom and lounge in one area. All rooms sleep up to two guests, have a private balcony, half of which provide sea views while the other half provides inland views, and the bathrooms all consist of walk-in showers.
Suites
In total, Infinity Blu has 30 suites. They have an area of approximately 430 square feet (around 40 square metres) and can accommodate up to four guests. The room consists of two areas; the lounge area and the main bedroom. All bedrooms offer a full-length window, maximizing natural light and providing full views. Both areas share a bathroom which offers the option of either a bath or a walk-in shower.
Deluxe Suites
These eight deluxe suites are approximately 430 square feet (around 40 square metres) and are ideal for couples. They have been carefully selected to provide the best views and showcase designer elements. All features in these spacious rooms are combined in one very comfortable living space, and all bathrooms come with a walk-in shower. The maximum occupancy in these rooms is two persons.
