What a gem of a place. Spacious, modern rooms while not being sterile and characterless, awesome food, and the staff are all awesome. They also have more sun beds than guests! No 6am towel laying out needed.

I have just returned from a lovely one week stay at this Hotel. From beginning to end there is nothing that I would change. Sunbeds available all day. Lovely pool. Good AC in the rooms. Charming, friendly staff. AMAZING food, compliments to the Chefs. Lovely ambience. Quiet and restful. Very clean. Beautiful beach nearby. I would most definitely recommend this Hotel. At least three people I spoke to were returnees which is a very good sign. Special staff mentions for Jude, Alessander, Mahmoud, Hassam, David and Laxmi who was an absolute delight.

Strap in, it's not a short review
So my wife and I came here as it was our ten year anniversary and also her 40th birthday. So we spent a bit more than we normally would on our holiday. Honestly I don't think we will ever spend less again. It was hands down the best holiday we have been on in the last 12 years. Hotel, food, drinks, staff absolutely top draw. I can see now having been why so many people go back year after year. Because the service and quality of the hotel is very high. We will definitely be back just probably not every year as we like to visit different places but this is on our list of places to return.
Hotel - really nice hotel, on arrival greeted with an ice cold drink. We had a really late arrival and they had put sandwiches and fruit in our room. As it was our anniversary I'd also asked the hotel to arrange flowers and balloons in our room (which I paid for but they were more than happy to arrange) which was a lovely surprise for my wife. The hotel only has 50 rooms and over 100 loungers so there are no sun bed wars, any time of day you will find somewhere to sit, by the pool, by the beach, there will always be space. Air con in the rooms, fridge, hair dryer, safe, iron & WiFi all included.
Staff - you can't fault them. They work long shifts and are always happy and have a smile on their face. Super friendly and chatty. From reception, bar staff and waiters. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much. If you stay around the top area then the wait staff will come out regularly to bring you fresh drinks all day and night. We never had an empty glass.
Location - from the front loungers it's probably a 30 second walk to the sea, which is beautiful clear water. A wonderful cover which has sun loungers if you want them but the hotel is soooo close I can't imagine why you would want to. Beautiful sandy beach
Pool - there is a nice heated pool at the hotel, we only used it for the first day as the hotel in so close to the beach we sat on the sun loungers near the stairs to the beach and just went in the sea rather than the pool. Pool is lovely (not the biggest) but you don't need it because the sea is soooo close. One positive of the pool is the staff will come out and offer you refills on your drinks very regularly throughout the day. Even if you are in the pool.
Food - we normally go out and have a few meals in local places when we go away as the food in hotels can get a bit repetitive and boring. Also the quality of the food when feeding a lot of people can drop. This hotel though, food is of high quality. They put on different themes every night and they don't put out loads at a time so you know it's fresh. It's high quality and well cooked. We ended up only going out once and even then just to change it up a bit.
Drink - great selection of drinks. Cocktails, soft drinks, iced teas, milk shakes, beers, cider, wine, coffees etc. There is a bar in the hotel and a bar near the beach. If you are near the hotel bar at the top you will be served by the staff throughout the day. If you are near the beach bar then you need to get your own drinks but it's never that busy so you won't wait long.
Cleanliness - super clear hotel, you can see them every day, cleaning all over the hotel.

Probably the best all-inclusive hotel we’ve ever stayed at!
The decor is tasteful and the hotel is spotless throughout. Food is great (much better than a typicall all-in) and a lot of variety every day, especially the desserts!
All the staff are also amazing, very smiley and will help you out with anything that you need.
There’s more sun loungers than guests so you can come to the pool/grass area at 11/12 and there’s still plenty of space. The sea is also right there so you can go for a swim without worrying that your belongings will be stolen at a public beach.
There’s no entertainment throughout the day and a singer a few nights of the week but we didn’t really mind this and appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.
Also the Caudalie products in the bathroom were 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

The best holiday hotel we have stayed in. Staff including reception, bar / waiter service, catering and the lady who cleaned our room daily were very helpful, plenty providing smiles and daily greetings. I could single out Jan and Jude and Tulla on reception, David , Alessandro , Maria and the tiny , ever smiling faced Asian girl whose name I could not pronounce, and the dedicated hard working chefs. Food was varied daily and to high standards.
More sunbeds than guests with hotel towels provided and replaced whenever required. Sun loungers in the garden area, and at the pool, comfy seating with parasols on the veranda, outside eating area, again with parasols and a large dining area inside with relaxing chairs alongside.
Rooms , more than adequate with fairly firm mattresses and ample pillows. Minor fault, no shaver point in bathroom, but reception had good supply of adaptor plugs to loan. Guitarist provided entertainment 2 nights each week.
Decor throughout was excellent.
Would I recommend it, most certainly. Would I return, yes, God willing. Enjoyed 2 very relaxing weeks complimented by the weather.
