Everything was just great. But the extra mile was definitely the hotel staff. From reception to dining room through spa and pool, all the hotel staff did everything and beyond to make us feel pampered. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Big disappointment - best description. Kinda got fulled by recent hotel pictures. It looks new but in reality it was just renovated. So from the inside it's just refurbished.
I can't prove it but both of us got bacteria infection from hotube. It's been 3 weeks and still not fully recovered.
Damaged shower, doors that don't fully close (only by hand). Cigarettes from previous visitors in balkony plants. Damaged system that controls shades in room.
At least hotel staff was really helpful and I can't complain at ppl.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. It really is a pure luxury hotel. We stayed for 10 nights and couldn’t complain at all.
Rooms: Amazing, very clean, regularly maintained and have some amazing features. Room is regularly restocked and staff often come round in the evening and ask if there’s anything you need. Very nice touch.
Staff: So friendly and they will go out of their way to help. We wanted our bedding changed one day at around 7pm, staff come straight away with no issues. They are always welcoming and supportive.
Breakfast: Best breakfast I’ve had. Food is so tasty, so much variety, smoked salmon, big selection of fruits, cereals, pancakes, and if you don’t want to choose from the buffet, you can choose from a menu of food that they’ll bring for you.
Spa and Indoor pool: Spa was very nice. Steam and sauna were very strong, but you could also make them weaker if you wanted to. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the indoor pool, it says it is heated to 28 degrees but doesn’t feel like this. I wouldn’t say it’s a downside but I’ve definitely had warmer heated pools.
Outdoor pool: Amazing system. We reserved our lounger on our first day, and that was our select one throughout the holiday. Every time we came to the pool, we’d be escorted to the lounger with towels and water. Staff would go around and ask if you’d like drinks, if not, you could order on a menu. Outdoor pool obviously not heated but was fine once you got in. Plenty of space and beautiful scenery.
Area: Located around 10 minute walk from the main strip, out of the way enough to enjoy the peace. Plenty of nice restaurants close by such as Sage, Liquid, Quadro, En Yevo.
Recommendations (for Ayia Napa and Protoras in general) Hire car was great for us. We explored around Ayia Napa and Protoras, tried various beaches and scenery, if you don’t have a hire car, some of the busses can take a while to come.
Regarding some low rated reviews here, I’m not sure what some people are seeing. The breakfast service was incredibly fast, they would come to your table to order drinks as soon as you sat down, manager was seen helping staff if it was very busy which is rare to see, but it is nice to see.
Overall, next time we come to Ayia Napa, we will be back to this hotel no doubt. I can’t see any hotel in the area beating what this hotel has to offer.

I’m leaving this review because the staff at this hotel are actually unbelievable. We came here to celebrate my 35th birthday and asked for some decorations to be set up—they got every single detail perfect. They truly made my day the best one I’ve ever had.
What really blew me away was the communication. My friends were messaging them from different countries with surprise requests, and the team was replying to them in minutes! That is a level of service you just don't see everywhere.
The hotel itself is 10/10—super clean rooms and just brilliant care from every single staff member. They really do go the extra mile for every little request. If you are visiting Ayia Napa, stay here. You won't regret it!

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel,
The room was super comfy, clean, and had everything we needed (and then some). The pool with the fountains was amazing and so refreshing we spent hours there just relaxing at the pool area.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to the city center, with great restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any question with a smile.
Breakfast was fantastic,lots of choices and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Definitely book the rooftop Asian restaurant in advance the food is incredible and the views are stunning!
We had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Amanti to anyone visiting!
