We stayed at this hotel in Oct 2025 as we went to Cyprus for a wedding. I must say the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and the rooms were not bad with balconies. What made the stay a great experience was Dinos and Anastasia at the bar. They were so friendly and down to earth and had exceptional customer service. Customer service like this is not popular these days and these guys must be treasured and rewarded. All in all a great stay and I would visit again. >

Very good value for money. Ofcourse you can't compare it to big 4/5 star chains like RIU or Melia, but you also pay much less. The staff is very kind and hardworking. Special mention for the lunch snacks, which were made to order. The only thing that really bothered me are the hard beds, this should really be upgraded to something nicer.

Stayed as a couple (50+55yo)...with our friends at the hotel for Cyprus Rocks. We're well travelled and found friendly staff,a basic and daily cleaned room....with air con and a good hot shower. Lovely pool area,with good sunbeds and no early morning skirmish. The pool is not green with algae ,the staff are not rude, they don't all speak English perfectly. But you might not speak Greek ?. I liked the place and if youre nice,you get nice back. Don't understand the bad reviews.... nothing wrong with the beds. You always get twins...even at a premier inn....if you cant enjoy a different culture,try benidorm.

The rooms smell, the balconys are brick walls when sat down you cannot see anything which was probably a bonus as our inland view was wasteland and bins,the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the food was the worst I've had in all inclusive, pool area is nice, staff mostly attentive, location was OK but will not return as what we paid we can stay in much better. Comfort is not high on their agenda if at all. Had the inbetweeners movie moment where everyone was dropped off at stunning hotels, we were one of the last, hotel looks ok from outside but is very much in need of revamping, even if they just replaced the awful beds

Unfortunately this hotel is in a lovely location, but it doesn’t justify the issues we experienced. Most staff are nice and lovely to talk to however others are non-verbal. Food, I could not express how awful it is, breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack bar. Haven’t had anything that I would eat again neither have the other three people who i am staying with. Food is dry overcooked lacks flavour, I could go on & on, we are only three nights into our 7 night stay and have tried the food every breakfast lunch and dinner during these three days each time we’ve left it all on our plate and gone out to get food at an ALL INCLUSIVE. There’s only one bar staff at a time by the pool which isn’t fair on the staff, alcohol selection is a bore, no amaretto, Malibu ect. Drink measurements are different every time, 7 choices of cocktails but you’ll think it’s nice and order it again and the measurements will be so different it tastes like another drink. Supposed ‘Ice cream’ that they offer is tiny off brand magnums, menu says vanilla, chocolate & banana, I asked for chocolate and was told it was vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate (a off brand mini magnum) wasn’t the best ice cream. The rooms were nice, however beds are like stones & are two singles pushed together I had to request a double mattress to go on top which is bearable, and an extra pillow as only give one tiny pillow each. Also the layout of the shower is not great, when showering the water goes straight out onto the floor everywhere meaning you waste a towel on just trying to keep your bathroom floor dry & also have to close the toilet lid to avoid the seat getting washed as well as yourself. Have made a complaint about the food however woman at front desk was quite brisk and rude saying the manager is busy and we have to talk to her, the manager was wondering around the so called buffet which also lacks options of foods may I add. I doubt she’ll take out complaint further to be quite frank. Absolutely disappointed & gutted in all honestly to be writing this review however I have to be frank and honest so other people don’t experience these same issues.
