Basic but nice hotel. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Not too far from main town, half hour walk or €15 for a taxi. No fighting for sunbeds and plenty available. Rooms ok, again basic but everything you need.

My first holiday with my wife staff was very friendly also nice food menu amazing place to live with your love ones with great deals ❤️🌹👍🇮🇷🇵🇰

I have just arrived home after a weeks long stay at the hotel and couldn't be happier. For a 3 star resort the hotel has almost everything you need. The rooms are simple, but looked after everyday by the staff ensuring you have clean towels and bedding daily, and much needed air con is a bonus. A handful of bars within walking distance providing local sport and entertainment, along with a 10 minute walk to the beachfront is perfect. Fig tree beach is around a 40 minute walk but the views along the beachfront all the way down make the walk worthwhile. Alternatively there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel if needed. The best part of the hotel is centred around the amazing staff. The bar staff are extremely polite and accommodating to anything you wish you to eat and drink. Especially Anastajia. The 2 lifeguards George and Eleni made everyone feel safe, adults and children alike. I watched them go above and beyond what is expected of them everyday. Not only do they make sure everyone is safe in the pool, they interact with the children to put a smile on there face, so if you have children with you- they will be well looked after. They also put adults and parents at ease with their pleasant interactions. I think the lifeguards would benefit from having their own personal structure/viewpoint dedicated solely for them around the pool- instead of them having to use a basic table for all there safety equipment and belongings. The animation team are great also. They all have the personalities needed to provide a good fun time for all the guests around the pool everyday. Weronika and kasia especially- whether it be adult/kids aerobics, kids face painting, kids disco, water polo, darts.... they host these sessions in a very fun way-going the extra mile to ensure all guests are involved. I had a terrific time! For improvement- I think a pool table would be a good addition. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future. thank you. Alex Findlay.

We stayed here for 10 days, and reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive but I didnt need to be! When we arrived the desk staff were very friendly offering sandwiches on arrival as we didnt get there until late! The rooms are a little small but they are lovely and modern when we needed more pillows they were given without hesitation and blankets! Im not sure if the lady who walks around with short hair in black is the owner or manager but she was very very friendly and made us feel welcome and throughout our stay made conversation when ever she seen us and was brilliant with the children! The restaurant staff what can I say? They were absolutely brilliant very friendly and couldn't do enough for you and dimitri was amazing! After 2 orders on our drinks every time we came in they were straight on the table without saying anything he was friendly and amazing with the children. The food theres not alot of variety but there was always something you would eat and was cooked lovely! The bar staff who are in the pool area were fabulous my son kept going for ice creams and without hesitation they handed him multiple and knew after one order what ice cream he wanted! They also went up and beyond you didn't ever wait for a drink they came to the table and took orders. The snack bar could be advertised a little more for the afternoon as we didnt know it was available until half way through our holiday! The entertainers were lovely girls and always got the children involved! One thing the entertainment could of gone on for a little bit longer. The pool areas were always clean we never struggled for a sun bed which is great! The life guards are also very friendly and fun to interact with! There were a few bits of work being done outside but it was only making the hotel better I.e speakers for around the pool and a better sound system in the bar and that was great as they are making improvements in the hotel to make it even better! Also they have free WiFi and it works smoothly only downside is you have to sign back in if you leave the hotel but thats fine! The main protaras strip is quiet a walk but the buss stop is over the road and brilliantly priced and they are every 15 minutes and very reliable and it also takes you to the protaras strip and aiya napa strip right down to water world so no need to pay taxi fees.. the beach is about a 5 minute walk and it is absolutely beautiful and worth going to see. Overall our experience at the toxotis hotel was lovely and we will definitely be coming back at the end of August! Thankyou so much for having us!

Really friendly and polite staff. Meals are buffet style which suits me. Beds are on the hard side, again suiting me but may not be to everyone's taste. The kiddie pool is adventuress and enclosed, allowing parents to relax on sunbeds whilst supervising their children. There's a bus stop just outside, and the fares are cheap.
