Good Hotel . Everything was fine food ,drinks and rooms with good beds .And of course a very friendley and helpsome staff. We lived in room 1309 with view over sea . Can recommend this Hotel . Coming back next year . Pia and Niels

Just came back from a 2 weeks stay . Although like everyone has said no pool toilets you have to go inside and down 1 level to the spa annoying but not the end of the world . Rooms were very clean and hotel in general is very clean . Food is very same but I expect that with all inclusive staff took so long to bring drinks to have with food you had basically finished your meal before your drink came . Entertainment let’s the Hotel down massively it feels like they need to either make the place an adults only or really up their game on entertainment and actually have an area for it instead of just the pool bar area . We found everyday was a struggle to get a sunbed by the pool and most days ended up on the grass area or sat on a chair near the pool we got the the pool 9am most days . I think they rely on the people with swim up rooms to stay there all day and apparently if you do have a swim up your only allowed in it from 9am-6pm , I personally would not of been happy with that if I had paid the extra . We had a late flight and had no trouble at all to use a courtesy room . All in all we had a lovely holiday and hotel done the job but would not go back unfortunately

This is a nice hotel and we somewhat enjoyed our stay. Some points that I feel could improve- We had a swim up room and it’s very irritating having the day sunbathing but being miles away from any bar. Our room also never had any sunlight on the balcony so unless you’re in the pool you’re in the shade. The “pool bar” is not a pool bar at all and always have queues. When you’re at the main pool there are no close by toilets so you have to go back inside, (I can only imagine how many people urinate in there) The reception and dinning staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the bar staff. Never smile and rude at times. One girl in the lobby bar is constantly on her phone and eating from the fridge…. Not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel. There’s only one member of staff who will actually go and get me some oat milk and she was lovely but don’t know her name unfortunately. Everyone else would simply say we don’t have it. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of option. With lunch and dinner, some were good and some very poor. I understand you’re trying to accommodate lots of different tastes but it would be nice to see more Cypriot food. The manager in the dinning area was great! (Lady with short dark hair) The animation team were a little poor. The same games played every day - aqua aerobics and water polo everyday.

Hotel is good, lack of toilet facilities next to the pool have to go to the first floor for toilets. Evening meal is different themes every night which is to everyone's taste but the location of the hotel is close to restaurants.

Fantastic hotel very clean and tidy. Good location as midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi beach and the walk to Ayia Napa along coastline is flat (brilliant for less mobile people). Staff very welcoming and nothing was a problem for them at all! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this area!
