it was March and definitely off season for Ayia Napa. the street leading east from hotel to city centre was dark and quiet and from time to time you heard ppl shouting in the street. bit scary. better to head south and turn left at the main road. they don't have their own carpark and one has to use the public one nearby. the pool area was a delight to sit in the sun. the design was a visual pleasure. the balcony was good, overlooking some green space next door. the room, though, looked a bit more tired than in the photos. there was an odd pillar in the room. one night young lads in next room was like having a party till 1am. poor soundproofing and real noisy. no coffee or tea in the room and the pantry is not that well equipped. coffee cups were stained. the courtyard tiles could be slippery when wet. staff were alright but didnt make one feel very welcomed. overall it's reasonable choice for its discounted price.

Had a great time in Ayia Napa at this gem of a hotel. The staff were really friendly and welcoming along with the owner who really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were cosy and clean. If you stay there try the Lebanese cuisine within the hotel’s restaurant and the special shots of doudou.

If you are going to Cyprus first time, do not think too long, choose Zoi hotel Ayia Napa. The atmosphere is great, the owner is amazing, also all his staff is great. If you looking for any restaurants around, you don’t have to, they have a great restaurant in hotel. Alex is the chef, he makes incredible food, tastes you cannot try anything else. Nicholas is the owner, he is making this place the dream place to stay, always asking you about your visit, doesn’t let you feel bad in his hotel. I don’t have any more words to say about this hotel, you have to visit it by yourself. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Though it was off season, the staff made our trip very enjoyable. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant, with even better coffee. Special thanks to the chef who came to check on us!

We couldn't leave this hotel without saying few words about how great and beautiful it is. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean, neat and fully equipped with new and modern furniture. Breakfast and dinner are great and everything is served warm, but the real treat and pleasure was delicious Lebanese food that you can get for fair price. The staff are just the friendliest and most helpful people. Overall a great experience. We would definitely come back. With love from Serbia :)
