This place is a joke. 4 stars? Really? It looks like cheaper hostel for workers. I hope photos will be helpful for all of us who consider this place. - there is a kettle, but it has european plug, - of course in the room you cannot find any water, tea or coffee, - towels look like rags, - lack of racks in the bathroom, - here is the kitchenette, but not stovetop, pans etc., - why is here cooker hood? No one knows, - read reviews carefully - there is a lot of fakes, you can find same name reviews, - direct booking is cheaper, but it is not worth this money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zoi in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. First of all, the rooms were extremely unhygienic. The towels we received had stains on them, which was quite off-putting. The bed creaked loudly every time I moved, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom was a nightmare. It was clogged, and we had to constantly turn the water on and off just to let it drain properly. It felt like we were fighting against the plumbing rather than enjoying our stay. Breakfast was another letdown. The platter of cheese and chicken we were served was dried out, and nothing seemed fresh at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Zoi; it certainly did not meet my expectations.

Nikola was an outstanding host and we had a brilliant stay at Zoi. Vers nice pool area with good cocktails. Also make sure to try out the Lebanese restaurant with great authentic food options. We also loved the design with a variety of Lebanese details. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Aiya Napa.

The apartment is ok, the kitchen doesn't have stove, I would not suggest you to cook here a lot, not well equipped. It's GOOD place for 1-3 NIGHTS. The apartment is pretty good CLEAN. The breakfast is medium, the quality of the food is so-so (ok for 1 day). The pool is clean. The garden is relaxing and enjoying place. The man who welcomed us and made a check in is extremely nice! He put a bottle of complimentary water in the fridge upon we arrived and left us feel veeeeery welcomed. Many thanks personally to him. My mark is 9/10 and I RECOMMEND you this place with a huge pleasure!

This hotel is recently renovated and nicely designed. Location is just a step away from the bars, and 10 minutes walk to the beach, yet calm. There’s a parking available. The beds are AMAZING, we had a good night of sleep there. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by some of the amenities that you would expect to be basic in a 4* hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing (videos attached). I have never seen such poor variety of food even at 3* hotels. Only cheapest food: toast bread, 1 type of pastry, vegetables: cucumber and tomatoes. The hotel is a decent size, but there is no gym, stuff jokingly told me I could exercise in the restaurant area if I wanted. Only 2 irons available in the whole hotel, both broken, pictures attached. Overall, it’s ok for a 1-2 night stay, but I do not recommend it for a longer stay, as the basic amenities are not there. I hope the managers or owners will see my review, because it is really a shame that such a nice hotel has to go for cheap prices in high season due to poor management.
