Situated on a 2000 sqm land , the guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with surrounding greenery. It features 25 suites all furnished to excellent standards and equipped with a full kitchen. The Lebanese themed bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reception is open 24 hours.

The hotel looks different than the photos
The location is near the center but in a bad neighbourhood.
And the worst part is that the place is just super dirty.
The floor is sticky and dirty
There is a bad smell and T he sheets are dirty as well.
We show that to the manager but he didn’t care.

Great place! The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable throughout your stay.
The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet quiet and peaceful.
The pool is small but just right for kids and adds a nice touch to the stay.
Overall, a very pleasant and positive experience – we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back.

A pure delight staying at the Hotel Zoi, Ayia Napa. Compliments to the owner on his hands on approach and applaudable Leadership.
Good Hospitality is not about the amenities a Hotel provides but the manor in which it delivers its services.
Politeness and general courtesy that is exercised through daily routines pays tribute to the Hotels Management, Leadership and Cultural Values.
Look forward to coming back soon.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. During my one-week stay, the staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner from start to finish. When I first arrived, the rooms were dirty (some still had garbage left inside) and the bathrooms were clearly not disinfected.
Housekeeping didn’t clean the next day, and when they finally came after I complained at the reception, the “new” towels were already dirty.
When I went back to the reception to ask for clean replacements, the receptionist was visibly annoyed and told me that towels are changed every two days—even though the ones I had received were dirty from the start.
The hotel itself is decent( even though in my opinion it isn’t a 4 star hotel) , with spacious rooms, but because of the staff’s attitude and the lack of proper hygiene, I cannot recommend this place.

We stayed for three months and were very happy. The room was a suite with bedroom living room bathroom and a kitchenette (though we only use the microwave and frig).
There was a nice patio for the evening to enjoy. And a very sweet kitty that visited us each day (though he would have ignored us if I didn’t like petting her).
The owner (and wife) is on site and very helpful. The restaurant was a great place for a quick meal when we were tired. The food and service are good.
All and all great place to stay while we explored Cyprus
