The hotel has some very positive aspects, but there are also several areas that need improvement. First of all, the rooms were very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The pool was also clean, warm, and enjoyable. Another major positive was how quiet the rooms were – despite being close to the nightlife area, we could hardly hear any noise from outside, which made it easy to relax and sleep. The location is great, especially for anyone who wants to be close to the clubs, restaurants, and nightlife. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The breakfast was not worth the €15 charge. There was no buffet, and the selection was very limited for the price. We were also not allowed to bring outside food or drinks, such as coffee, to the pool area, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. The bar service was inconsistent, as the bartender was often absent, making it difficult to order drinks or receive service. The hotel is also missing some basic amenities that many guests would expect. There was no TV in the room, no elevator for access to the upper floors, and no parking available for guests. Anyone staying on the upper floors must carry their luggage up the stairs themselves, as no assistance was offered. Furthermore, there was no luggage rack or designated space for suitcases in the room, leaving us with no option but to keep them on the floor or on the sofa. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and often did not work at all. Guests should not have to rely on their own mobile data connection while staying at a hotel. Another concern was the area around the pool. The surface became very slippery when wet and felt unsafe at times. Although warning signs were displayed, extra care was needed to avoid slipping and getting injured. Overall, the hotel is very clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. The reception team deserves credit for being friendly and helpful. However, the limited breakfast, unreliable Wi-Fi, lack of parking and elevator, absence of basic room amenities, inconsistent bar service, and safety concerns around the pool significantly affected our experience. With some improvements, this hotel could offer a much better stay and better value for money.

Clean and modern rooms. Pool area quaint with comfortable loungers. Set back from the main hustle and bustle. The main entrance closes at 1am, but on arrival you are shown how to gain access by the side gate. Breakfast was included which was Lebanese style and plentiful. Would recommend and return.

The most gorgeous hotel. Amazing rooms, amazing service and the pool area is lovely. The staff can’t do enough for you, and I would highly recommend. The rooms are so clean also and the best stay I’ve had in Ayia napa.

Amazing place. The staff treats you like a family. The design of the hotel is sophisticated, the room is big and spacious. There is a balcony and a kitchen with a living room. The cuisine in the restaurant is delicious and the menu has wide range of dishes to choose. The hotel is at the corner of the main streets with pubs, clubs and restaurants. It’s also two supermarkets nearby. I’m in love with this place

Great place! The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet quiet and peaceful. The pool is small but just right for kids and adds a nice touch to the stay. Overall, a very pleasant and positive experience – we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back.
