So Nice Boutique Suites is a 4* star deluxe bungalow resort located in the Makronissos area of Ayia Napa, on the southeastern coast of Cyprus.
Contemporary and in a fresh white island-style, the So Nice Boutique bungalows which have all been upgraded to suites are hidden in vast Mediterranean greenery and tropical gardens; Colourful bougainvillaeas, sweet-smelling jasmines and tall palm trees come to create a mythical setting where luxury is all-natural. The green lawns are the only thing separating the large lagoon swimming pool from the sugary sands of the Mediterranean coast.
The So Nice Boutique bungalows are veiled in mature plantation and green gardens. This enhances the sensation of privacy and seclusion.
Aside from a peaceful and romantic holiday, the resort’s supreme beach-front location paradise-like scenery Green lawns, white sands and the blue horizon all join hands to create the perfect base for couples/honeymooners.

It started so well, at first I was very impressed with the room and the lighting was really done well, the room had a very comfortable bed, walk in wardrobe big bathroom with double sinks and you could get at least 4 people in the shower! Sofa chair tables fridge, 2 tvs. There is WiFi, but I never tried it.
The air-conditioning is ice cold. The balcony was a good size. We stayed in their 'silver' room.
There is a buffet style breakfast and dinner. We decided to upgrade to all-inclusive. Everything was included in that price, including eating at their a la carte restaurant, which was a total disaster. Basically, I was served raw chicken! I personally never ate in there again. Most of the staff were extremely polite and friendly. In the beach bar, regardless if you are all inclusive, you still need to pay for food. They have a private part of the Landa Beach with sun loungers that saves you paying for one. Beach towels are provided. They 3 main swimming pools, suitable for all ages, you can also use the pool in their sister hotel next door. Overall, yes, we had a slightly bad experience, but it was dealt with professionally. I personally would stay there again. There is a bus stop just outside that runs till 4am into the heart of Ayia Napa.
Looking good isn't everything, arrived to hotel with a reservation, after more than 30 minutes and with 3 people at the reception no one greeted or even acknowledged my presence there, not an hello, sorry sir we're dealing with something at the moment we apologize for delay... Nada, just left there standing at the reception for more than 30 minutes, thankfully enough time for me to choose and book another hotel :)

We arrived at the hotel today, June 14th, and got a room that does not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel at all. The hotel room smells like a basement, the fridge doesn't work, the air conditioning doesn't work, the drain is clogged, the window is broken, and the whole room is dirty. The service is non-existent, and we are not given a new room. All in all, a terrible start to the vacation, and not a recommendation for this hotel at all.

I reserve room with free cancelation! After I reserved the details changed to non-refundable ! Hotel want charge me and told me to complain in booking! MOST OFFICIALY SAMMING HOTEL! 1 🌟

AVOID! I booked 2 rooms directly from them last year and paid a consistent advance fee. They didn’t have the 2 rooms booked at arrival and we were forced to search for another accommodation. It didn’t matter that we had little children with us. They said they would refund us since it was their fault, but later they refuted the payment. So, no accommodation as booked, and no refund. Better avoid them as proved to us, they are crooks.
Property Amenities
General hotel facilities include a full range of meals (breakfast & dinner buffet style, lunch a la carte), room service, porter service, concierge desk, internet access from reception, large playgrounds, recreational facilities for beach volley, mini-football, water sports on the beach, scuba diving, large supermarket across the street etc. Traditional and thematic nights include cuisines such as Cyprus, Taverna, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, whereas evening animation includes live folklore music, dancing shows, karaoke and others.
Rooms
All Bungalows of the resort were completely renovated and upgraded to boutique Suites further to the recommendations by one of Greece’s most reputable interior designers. So Nice Boutique Suites consists of 30 studios and 30 one-bedroom apartments. All suites are in line with the new and fresh look, all boutique suites were upgraded with an abundance of in-room facilities including; twin beds, LCD wide-screen TVs with satellite reception, electronic safe-boxes, telephones, Ethernet internet access points, fully equipped Italian glass & granite kitchens with electric oven, refrigerator, ceramic stoves, microwaves, kettles, toasters extractable tabs, etc, steam iron, marble design bathrooms with bathtubs and towel warmers, dimmer lighting, air-condition split units, electric under-floor heating, double-glazed argon gas glass doors and windows for enhanced noise proofing, restopedic bed mattresses and others.

El Greco Pool Restaurant & Bar
The main restaurant on the pool terrace offers a full range of meals and beverages throughout the day and evening. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 07:30 to 10:00 on a daily basis, offering a vast variety of options. Throughout the day, lunch is offered on ‘a la carte’ basis, with meals ranging from light snacks to exquisite fine dining. During dinner, the open-air restaurant is set up in a more formal and inviting ambience. The guests are given the option of dining from the eclectic buffet or to opt from the carefully designed ‘set’ menu.
Nozomi Japanese Restaurant & Lounge Bar
The New award-winning Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Lounge Bar - Nozomi - from London, Knightsbridge. The open-air Lounge Bar is located on the Roof Garden of the resort with a panoramic view of the hotel’s gardens, lagoon swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea. The unique design and décor were very eclectically and attentively undertaken by one of the leading interior designers in Europe. The modern and exotic touch is enhanced with dim lighting, design furniture, and white candles, excelling in a very romantic ambience. London DJ enhances the overall style with low-key chill-out music while dining, whereas the second wave of music progresses and livens up the atmosphere. Guests may choose from a wide range of contemporary Japanese cuisine, authentic sushi, fresh fruit cocktails and fine wine. Throughout the day, one can alternate between their apartment, the pool, the playground and the sea.
