AVOID! I booked 2 rooms directly from them last year and paid a consistent advance fee. They didn’t have the 2 rooms booked at arrival and we were forced to search for another accommodation. It didn’t matter that we had little children with us. They said they would refund us since it was their fault, but later they refuted the payment. So, no accommodation as booked, and no refund. Better avoid them as proved to us, they are crooks.

I would like to share my experiences. The hotel was cleanly arranged, the food was amazing, but the most important thing was the people who worked there, they were kind, welcoming, smiling, they never said NO :) to any request .I want to say the BIG thank the main manager ( Kia) of the hotel ,she was incredibly wonderful, she took care of every guest and that's why I felt very comfortable on vacation, and for that I owe her a big thanks as well as her employees. I recommend this hotel, believe me you won't be disappointed. Xénia from Slovakia.

we were in the So Nice Beach rooms, the rooms are modern and beautiful. The garden is exotic and beautiful, as are the pools. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Sahil and Miss Kia, they are so kinds. The hotel's private beach has wonderful sunbeds and an excellent beach bar. The most beautiful beach in Ayia Napa

Terrible 4* hotel, would be great price/value if was adverstised as 3* 1,0 The good: the room and bed were large, we had a double room with garden view. Was nice and quiet. The resort itself is spacious, the swimming pool huge and pretty, leading to the beach club. Beach club is average/correct, meeting minimum expectations. The best asset with the beautiful pool is the beach they have access to, it's very pretty and small so a lot quieter than the larger beach in Ayia Napa. The bad: So not 4* standard quality. We had many issues with the room, reported them 3 times over the 4 days we were there, nothing ever got done. The staff smile but don't apologies and don't offer solutions... Even upon check out, still no sorry or compensations offered, nothing. We were told to raise a complain via Instagram messaging... Amongst the biggest issues we had with the room, we had barely any water flow the first day (much lower flow than any normal tap), no water at all on the second day, whilst we were attending a wedding, so a disaster to get ready. Third day water was back, on full pressure, but we did flood the bathroom in 2 minutes. The shower drain was so blocked that after 2 minutes the floor is so full it flooded into the room. We reported the blocked drain on the first night, amongst many other issues, but nothing was ever done. The main shower head on the ceiling never worked, so stuck with the small hand shower head, that can't reach above your head. A light of the room would make the electricity fuse for the whole room jump and there were no cushions on what is advertised as a sofa on the pictures, so it's essentially just a flat single bed. TV never worked, fridge never worked properly either, same with the cleaning switch. When you leave the room the electricity turns off, so does the fridge... When you come in the TV turns on automatically. Highly not recommend this place.

Hotel is within a great location, customer service is amazing and hotel staff will accommodate as much as possible. The pool areas are lovely and there is a pool area for for small children too. Food is great, beach bar is lovely and the hotel rooms are modern, clean and spacious. I have been coming to this hotel with family for around 15 years and it’s so lovely to see how it has progressed. There is a bus stop for any transport links, taxi stop , cafe and supermarket opposite so everything you need is on the door step. Breakfast food options have something for everyone, there is also good food options at the beach bar. This hotel ticks all the boxes as I would come here with my family/friends but also alone with my husband. It’s is quiet, child friendly but also has a relaxing and adult vibe. I will 100000% be returning. *****
