It started so well, at first I was very impressed with the room and the lighting was really done well, the room had a very comfortable bed, walk in wardrobe big bathroom with double sinks and you could get at least 4 people in the shower! Sofa chair tables fridge, 2 tvs. There is WiFi, but I never tried it. The air-conditioning is ice cold. The balcony was a good size. We stayed in their 'silver' room. There is a buffet style breakfast and dinner. We decided to upgrade to all-inclusive. Everything was included in that price, including eating at their a la carte restaurant, which was a total disaster. Basically, I was served raw chicken! I personally never ate in there again. Most of the staff were extremely polite and friendly. In the beach bar, regardless if you are all inclusive, you still need to pay for food. They have a private part of the Landa Beach with sun loungers that saves you paying for one. Beach towels are provided. They 3 main swimming pools, suitable for all ages, you can also use the pool in their sister hotel next door. Overall, yes, we had a slightly bad experience, but it was dealt with professionally. I personally would stay there again. There is a bus stop just outside that runs till 4am into the heart of Ayia Napa.

Looking good isn't everything, arrived to hotel with a reservation, after more than 30 minutes and with 3 people at the reception no one greeted or even acknowledged my presence there, not an hello, sorry sir we're dealing with something at the moment we apologize for delay... Nada, just left there standing at the reception for more than 30 minutes, thankfully enough time for me to choose and book another hotel :)

We arrived at the hotel today, June 14th, and got a room that does not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel at all. The hotel room smells like a basement, the fridge doesn't work, the air conditioning doesn't work, the drain is clogged, the window is broken, and the whole room is dirty. The service is non-existent, and we are not given a new room. All in all, a terrible start to the vacation, and not a recommendation for this hotel at all.

I reserve room with free cancelation! After I reserved the details changed to non-refundable ! Hotel want charge me and told me to complain in booking! MOST OFFICIALY SAMMING HOTEL! 1 🌟

AVOID! I booked 2 rooms directly from them last year and paid a consistent advance fee. They didn’t have the 2 rooms booked at arrival and we were forced to search for another accommodation. It didn’t matter that we had little children with us. They said they would refund us since it was their fault, but later they refuted the payment. So, no accommodation as booked, and no refund. Better avoid them as proved to us, they are crooks.
