Would’ve given this place 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately stayed here in June earlier this year and they stole from us because they clearly don’t have much going for themselves. They took my friends AirPods but once they found out we were able to track them and see where they were (they were at the back of the hotel on the map may I add) they put them back in the room when we were all at the reception area making a complaint. They targeted my room because it was easier to get into because it was just a key card and not a physical key. May I also add that the safe in our room was conveniently broken so we couldn’t put our belonging in the safe. The rooms SMELT SO BAD I can’t emphasis how bad they smelt. They smelt of damp, and rubbish the hotel staff only came to clean our room once and that’s when the stole from us, lovely stuff. The Avoid this place like the plague, I would’ve rather slept on the streets for a week. Pictures below are of us talking to the ‘police’ who didn’t really care xxx

I don’t usually leave reviews and I have travelled all around the world, but the service in this hotel is on comparable to what I have seen before every single member of staff are so friendly. I arrived eight hours early to my check-in. As my flight was early. They kindly offered me a room for night night sleep so that I wouldn’t have the rain in my room they gave me was quite noisy superior room that goes out of their way by the guests as well as this is the hot water was not working so the guy in reception that night went into other empty rooms in my book to see if I can go and have a shower instead of waiting till morning He opened up a few rooms to see where I could go and have a shower. All the cleanliness in the rooms. What is expected of a three star hotel is quite below the service and the people who work here amazing and I’m comparable to otjher hotel service in the world.

This hotel is 100% aimed for people who are ages 18-25, stayed here a couple of weeks ago, it wasn't terrible but the standard room we had was tiny and had a really bad damp smell. There was meant to be room service (clean towels,bins emptied etc) however they came in once during the 4 nights staying there. All in all its in a really good location a 5 min walk to the strip and the staff are really nice.

Damp smelling rooms, could be cleaned far better. Super friendly bar staff, pool area is very over furnished and no area of the pool jets the sun for more than a few hours. Breakfast was ok but very limited and basic products. Coffee was not great (this could be resolved by better and fresher beans not left in the hopper on the machine). The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The AC was easy to use and adjustable unlike other hotels. The utility area is not the best use of space in the small rooms. The balcony that we paid extra for is just onto the street (not a pool view) the balcony can also be accessed by the adjacent rooms and isn’t private. The clothes dryer was small and designed for hanging out a window so didn’t suit this room. Lots of marks on the walls may be the result of rowdy groups staying here. Lots of ladies hair on the floors and razor caps left in the shower when we arrived. On arrival there was a powerful smell of damp in our room. This has potential but isn’t being managed to the full potential.

We had a very warm welcome from the staff on arrival and I cannot fault them, always smiling and always wanting to improve our stay in any way they could. The poolside was tidy and pleasant though I do feel it is a location for a younger crowd (that said there were plenty of folk older than us there). The room was a fair size however it was largely let down on cleanliness and presentation. There was a constant smell of damp and visible mould on the ceiling. There were hairs in the bathroom and shower gel marks from the previous guests along with caps from disposable razors still in the shower. The bed was large and comfortable, I am fussy and I slept very well! It was let down only by the fact that they did not have sheets large enough for the mattress and so our bottom sheet was made up of three overlapping single sheets and our covers were two standard doubles overlapping. On asking for more pillows the clerk helpfully provided these but had no cases to give so we had to put shirts over them, not a drama but not ideal. We had a room with a balcony but bizarrely the adjacent rooms balconies connected to ours without partitions so it was not private and did not feel secure! The staff made this visit pleasant, I would not stay here again but they deserve credit for their hard work and amiable characters!
