Sunny Blue Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Ayia Napa. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for relaxation, while still being within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and beaches. A special mention goes to the friendly and helpful reception staff, as well as the smooth and hassle-free early check-in. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, comfortably furnished, and create a pleasant holiday atmosphere. We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. An excellent combination of tranquility, great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa.

As a first time guest in Agia Napa Cyprus, I couldn’t have found a better place to have spent my days. Amazing location, clean rooms and outstanding customer service. We were treated like first class clients by the staff, and especially the manager, Vanya, who made absolutely sure that our stay was comfortable. She even surprised my cousin’s wife with a cake for her birthday and recommended great places to see and eat. I personally fell in love with this town and in great part, because of this hotel and how we were treated. The Sunny Blue Hotel deserves 6 ⭐️

The hotel has both good and bad sides. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and polite. The room was nicely designed, with spacious interiors and a well-sized terrace. The view from the terrace was lovely and added a pleasant touch to our stay. Breakfast was tasty but repetitive — it would be great to see more variety. Parking was available, which was convenient. The hotel internet was very good – fast and available throughout the entire property. However, several issues affected our overall experience. The bed was advertised as a double, but in reality, it was two singles pushed together, which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, not varied at all, and could be much better. The noise from water being released from the pool area was very loud and disruptive, especially during the night. The policy of changing towels every three days was not respected, which was disappointing. Dust was visible in many areas of the room and common spaces. On two occasions, our bed was not made, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. However, the air conditioning unit in the room was noisy, and it was not possible to adjust the temperature or fan speed precisely, which affected comfort. Overall, while the room, view, and staff were nice, the hotel needs to seriously improve its service standards and cleanliness.
