We only stayed for 1 night here so I might not have a full picture but we were quite happy with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean but I must say I am not a fan of 2 single beds for a couple instead of 1 double bed. Also, the ac was not cooling the room that fast and we put it at the lowest temperature. The breakfast was really nice, it offered a variety of food for the money we gave. The decor of the hotel was really nice and you can tell that it has recently been refurbished. Friendly staff.

Worse than Fawlty towers, my friend was assaulted by a member of staff when he politely commented on the complete lack of service. A member of staff tried to get into my friends room, disgusting behaviour. The manager and all the staff were rude was totally dis interested. We also paid for half board but the kitchens closed at 3:00pm The hotel did not offer an alternative restaurant for meals. Avoid.

We were visiting family in nearby Protaras and had to leave halfway through!
There are far better places in Napa to stay. Disgusting behaviour by one of the male staff. Its clear from other reviews that we’re not the only ones to experience this. Must be the same guy. WHY is he still working there?!
As a Cypriot, it disgusts me that this is happening! Ill be telling my family to warn others. Do NOT stay here.
Waiter is a predator. Initiates inappropriate conversations with women, and then tries to get them alone with him in the camera (CCTV) room by lying and saying this is how they can prove him wrong. Not only that, he FILMS and TAKES PICTURES of women in the restaurant without the womens' knowledge or consent.
Quickly left this hotel after the experience. Such dangerous and unprofessional behavior by hotel staff and management. When this waiter's actions were addressed with the manager, the manager was apologetic yet enabling of this behavior. While this creepy man is still employed at this hotel, they should not consider themselves a "child-friendly" place to stay.

The room was clean! The location is good. Although the hotel is near downtown it was quiet. The beach is 10 minutes away per foot. And the best part of the hotel is the personal. I have a small child who got sick on our first day of the holiday. The support that I got from the personal was incredibly good. I recommend this place.
