First time on this hotel. We enjoyed every minute, the buffet restaurant was great thanks to all ( Yainnis, Antuza,Iakovos,Helena, Costa, Eduard) for the good work. A la carte restaurant was exceptional ( Thanks to Alex for his professionalism). Entertainment on the swimming pool was great thanks to Ged and rest of the TUI team, very friendly and helpful staff on the reception. I loved the cats they do make the place even more pleasant. Definitely go back again next year.
We always stay here when coming from the UK. Beautiful hotel and even better service. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special, with small but appreciative gestures!

Staff Adam, boss boy behind lobby great ,Betty sharpen up smile and get drinks correct only grip was Betty awful. But rest of staff were amazing always go beyond to help out from house keepers to bar staff entertainment crewe amazing Adam Minnie me was fantastic thank you all Betty leave this job it's not for you..oh big thanks to restaurant staff always friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and the TUI reps couldn't have put on any more activities to keep us entertained. The days flew by and there was something for everyone.
11.00 in the pool was my favourite time for a multitude of aqua fit sessions, amazing 🤩.
Food was exemplary as were the drinks and being all inclusive they just kept on coming 😵💫🤣, we would definitely consider this hotel again. No kids, great food, great drinks, great activities!

Had a brilliant last-minute 7 night all-inclusive break here. Hotel recently modernised to a great standard, spotlessly clean rooms with great much needed air conditioning. Sun beds are all reserved by 8 a.m., so get up early. Food very good for all-inclusive. Staff very attentive regardless of how tall they were. Daily aqua aerobics with Amelia, singer every night and a regular silent disco the entertainment highlights. Beach a bit disappointing but the hotel more than compensates. 30 minute bus ride to old town, old harbour and new marina well worth it.
