Stayed there only for a night for its close proximity to the airport. Can’t imagine any longer stay due to outrageously small rooms. I was one person in a double room and could barely move around. Positive thing is that the rooms are still in good shape, but for example towels looked like they were just found in a dumpster.
So for one night it might be an option, especially at discounted price, but don’t consider it for anything more.

I choose the hotel specifically because of their spa and pool facilities and at the check in I have been informed that use of sauna is charged 25 euro per hour. First time seeing this, very unpleasant surprise. Except for this irrational charge the hotel is very good, overall service is brilliant.

The hotel is close by airport and around 15 min walkable distance to the center.
Felt like rooms are a bit smaller. Their breakfast is excellent. Do have some constraint on parking since most of the guests do have the car.
The staffs are excellent and friendly.

A very nice hotel located in a rather unimpressive surrounding but not too far away from the sea and plenty of restaurants. The driver picking me up from the airport was very unfriendly but everyone in the hotel made up for his attitude trying their best to make my short stay as comfortable as possible. The room was ok, nothing special with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed and a great coffee machine. Breakfast was 2* with a nice selection but all the items offered for "hot" breakfast were cold (egg, bacon, hash browns).

It’s s very old hotel. The property it’s not clean and old. I booked the triple room with sofa bed. And everyone know what is the sofa bed- it’s normal extra bed. But here it’s only old soviet clamshell which in hotel calls sofa bed😳😡. I was really shocked. My daughter didn’t sleep on it because it’s not a bed. Also when we have an accident in the breakfast when my baby overturned a plate with porridge, no one from the staff came to wipe it and help. I was working in hotels so I know how staff need to work. But this level in this hotel is very poor. Also in booking they said that they have spa but this hotel has only outside pool.
The smell of soap is disgusting-it’s like you buy it by 0,5 cent. A kettle with a European plug, that is, if you are traveling and you don’t have adapter, you will not be able to make tea in the room
And dear guests one more of the owner of account of the hotel will write you keep in mind that you can’t answer them here. So that why I write here, because owner write that I stay in San Reno.
I stay in best western 6-7 February 2024 confirmation number I can’t have here because it’s private and they can block . So every one can know and check that I was there. People check everything of the hotel and check real situation before booking
