Welcome to the "Dented Sea CleoNapa Mandali Hotel", where the kitchen appliances have more character than a vintage car rally! They’re not just shut, they’re ‘shut with style’, sporting dents that could only be the result of an epic utensil uprising. The nightly entertainment was a unique blend of ‘Street Fighter’ and ‘Fight Club’, performed by the hotel residents and some enthusiastic randoms in the parking lot. Who needs sleep when you can have a front-row seat to such theatrics? As for cleanliness, it was like a teenager’s room - not exactly a biohazard, but you wouldn’t want to eat off the floor either. The balcony windows, bless them, were embracing the ‘open concept’ a bit too literally. Their locks were broken, making them permanently open to the elements. Who needs air conditioning when you have a non-stop breeze? The location was perfect, just a hop, skip, and a jump from the main street. It was so close, you could almost smell the coffee from the nearby café. Speaking of which, the café folks were kind enough to offer us some unsolicited advice - to run for the hills! Apparently, our quaint hotel was the heart of ‘Immigrantville’, and not exactly a safe haven. But let’s not forget the hotel staff. They were the shining stars in this comedy of errors. Always friendly, always professional, they navigated the chaos with the grace of ballet dancers in a mosh pit. So, if you’re looking for a stay that’s more ‘adventure’ than ‘relaxation’, and you have a strange affinity for dented kitchenware, this is the place for you! It looks like getto than hotel. Its more like motel. Doors are acessible for anyone on the Street. We left the room after 20 minutes.

How do you share a review of place who say that they give the rooms(4) to someone else after you had already booked them. We report at the checkin time, we confirmed with the owner over call, over chat on the booking website, and once we reach, we were denied the rooms. They rearranged rooms for us in a hotel which was 13kms from here, far away from the city area. Thanks for ruining our vacation.

Spacious room with fridge, cooker, and kettle. However, we did not always have hot water, and there were some ants in the room. The staff is very friendly but not all of them speak English 🙄. The hotel is located close to the beach, amenities and attractions. However, they have started preparation for the summer, so by the time the summer starts, everything will be ready 😉 😀 😎

First of all staff make the hotel great!!! We were very disappointed when we got our first room, because it was a bit scary. However, we got a great room afterwards. The hotel room was very spacious and the location is also good. The employees should get a bonus, they where super friendly and do everything to please us. The food tasted good too and the pool is nice too
