What a fantastic find! This remodeled, modern guest house in central Larnaca is a true gem. Just minutes from the waterfront and St. Lazarus church, its location couldn't be better. Though my standard room lacked windows, the provided AC ensures comfort even in the summer heat. Communication with the owner was excellent, making for a seamless stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Amazing stay at Edem house. The hotel is full of character and is very central in Larnaca. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Can recommend, will be coming back.
Lovely hotel. Very pleasant rooms: clean and comfortable. Great location too - only 4 mins walk to the beach and restaurants.

It's my third time at Edem house. The rooms are nicely decorated. Some are more spacious than others. The location is really good, just few minutes from the beach. It's very quite. I like the inside garden with the seating area. It's a self check in and you get all the needed information in advance.

The rooms open onto a characterful historic courtyard. It is cool and shaded - perfect for chilling and reading a book. Free tea and coffee. This tiny hotel has a great central location with shops, restaurants and beach very close. Traffic and a nearby club (only open at weekends) make noise which is to be expected given central location. If you are a light sleeper it may be best to pack earplugs for a weekend stay. Lovely little place. I enjoyed my stay there.
