The manager does a great job: whenever something isn’t working perfectly, solutions are found quickly and seamlessly. In the restaurant, Inna and Giannis have remarkable customer service skills, making guests feel right at home. Our cleaning lady during the second half of our stay was incredibly kind and professional — I can’t thank her enough. It’s important to mention that there is a construction site near the property; however, if you are staying by the sea, you won’t notice it as much as in the second-row building. As everywhere, there are always some aspects that could be improved, that is room for growth. We are looking forward to coming back in summer, when the hotel should be running at full speed with beach sunbeds, the rooftop, and the beach bar. We stayed for 9 nights and will bring back wonderful memories. Don’t be fooled by the looks of the beach with some stones: water is amazing, transparent and sand is soft once you pass the first two meters inside.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in February. The hotel was very clean and well-organized, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The facilities were good, including the sauna and gym. The breakfast was very diverse. There are many great restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, which are easily accessible. You can easily reach the hotel from the airport by bus 425. The weather was cold, but overall, the trip was very peaceful. Thank you!

The hotel offers wonderfully organized relaxation areas in the garden, by the pool, and at the beach, making it easy to find your ideal spot to soak up the sun. The breakfasts are diverse and healthy, featuring a wide range of local delicacies that cater to every taste. Our room was stunning and impeccably clean, with a luxurious scent that filled the air, adding to the overall experience. The atmosphere is incredibly quiet, making it a perfect retreat. The staff is exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help, enhancing the warm and inviting ambiance of the hotel. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh dishes that are a must-try. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in the sun, this is definitely the best place to be!

Our stay was amazing, both the rooms and the hotel territory were comfortable and well designed. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very nice and helpful except for the lady in the Aura SPA who failed to explain the rules and tried to charge us a fee although the guests may use the facilities for free. Besides, towels and disposable slippers in the spa zone were missing and the saunas were very small. Also we had some troubles with the non-working key cards, but the problem was solved quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot!
