The hotel is a beautiful designer property with attractive architecture, stylish interiors, and well-maintained rooms. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, relaxed, and upscale.
My wife would particularly like to highlight the breakfast experience. She appreciated the concept of ordering individual dishes from the menu rather than having a traditional buffet. The quality of the food was good, and the breakfast service was pleasant and efficient.
The rooftop bar and rooftop pool are among the hotel's strongest features. The sun loungers are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the sea views are genuinely beautiful. Especially at sunset, the setting creates a wonderful ambiance and makes for a very enjoyable experience.
They also enjoyed the Asian restaurant. The sushi was tasty and well prepared, although not quite at the level of a truly high-end sushi restaurant. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable dining experience overall.
Unfortunately, her stay was overshadowed by several disappointing interactions with members of the staff.
My wife asked the Operations Manager, Mr. Pavel, about the price of one of the suites because she was considering an upgrade. Instead of simply providing the rate, she was told, in essence, that she would not be able to afford it because one night in the suite would cost more than her entire stay. She found this comment highly unprofessional and disrespectful. A hotel employee's role is to provide information and allow guests to make their own decisions without judgment.
As frequent travelers throughout Europe, we have stayed at numerous luxury hotels over the years, including several Park Hyatt properties. Whenever we have been interested in upgrading our room, the process has always been straightforward and professional: we ask about the available options, the Front Office Manager provides the rate, often offers to show the room, and we then decide whether the upgrade is worth the additional cost. This is how hospitality should work — guests receive information and make their own decisions without assumptions being made on their behalf.
The situation regarding housekeeping was equally disappointing. On two separate occasions, before 8:00 a.m., a member of the housekeeping staff entered her room while my wife and her friend was still asleep. These visits were not related to any urgent matter and appeared to be focused primarily on checking whether everything was satisfactory and indirectly seeking additional tips. We found this highly intrusive and inappropriate. Respect for guests' privacy, particularly during early morning hours, should be a basic standard at any hotel, especially one positioning itself in the upscale market segment. I am shocked when she told me this !!!
In addition, members of the housekeeping team repeatedly and rather persistently asked for tips, despite the fact that a generous gratuity had already been left on the very first day. Tipping should always remain a voluntary expression of appreciation and should never become something guests feel pressured about during their stay.
We travel frequently and, within the last two months alone, have stayed at the Park Hyatt Milan and the One&Only Aesthesis near Athens. At both properties, we were treated with courtesy, discretion, and professionalism at all times. This made the difference in service standards particularly noticeable during our stay here.
I would gladly have given this hotel four or even five stars, as we genuinely liked many aspects of the property. The architecture, rooftop facilities, pool area, and dining options are all very appealing. Unfortunately, the experiences described above had a significant negative impact on our overall impression.
The service, and particularly the behavior of certain staff members, did not meet the standards we would expect from a hotel in this category. For that reason, despite the many positive aspects of the property, we can only give it 2 out of 5 stars.

Am staying at this hotel at the moment. Whilst the rooftop pool is nice but it is not heated! It it's a modern hotel and is very clean. I don't like putting up negative comments but sadly room didn't have the soft pillows and bedsheets i like. The air con was turned off centrally so we didn't get the air flowing inside the room either. This is really bad... we paid for comfort, not having the need to complain for them to 'fix'. For this, i lost out on my sleep.... hotels are supposed to be relaxing. Very frustrated... very disappointed.... staying in room 21... the all electric controls in rooms are very high tech, not needed for a short 'convenient' stay. Won't be back.

We had a superior double room that in the description it said it had 27m2 and this was not the case, maybe taking into account the balcony also but the description is misleading on purpose.
Breakfast was the same every single day (we had 3 nights), it was good but same every day, no variety at all. There are 2 Chef's (at least that is how many I saw), how come none thought that some variety would be well received...?
The tablet in the room did not work but we also did not report that as it was not adding too much value to our stay. Would be nice that the bath room had more hangers.
It is more a boutique hotel and NOT a 4 stars one, this really does not qualify for a 4 stars. The hotel is located in a roundabout with no crossing for pedestrians, we always had to run to cross and that is something not nice at all especially as all cars have a driving wheel on the right side and it is confusing.
The rooms had only Type G sockets, in other 4 stars hotel usually there also at least 2 normal sockets, also I did not found this info in any of the hotel description on the rooms. Luckly the mini market next to the hotel has adapters but this was also disappointing.
The rooftop pool view is quite nice but you can also pay just to use the pool you do not need to have a booking in the hotel.
Overall it was an average good stay, not terrific but also not terrible.
The hotel is really modern and new, rooms were cleaned every day but one stay was enought. We paid 589euro for 3 nights but do not feel that it was worth it. Sorry but there is room for improvement.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The room had a persistent sewage smell that was simply unbearable whenever the window was closed. It was so strong and obnoxious that we had no choice but to keep the window open at all times. For a hotel, this is an unacceptable condition. I do not know if the issue is limited to ground floor rooms or affects other areas as well.
The hotel is also further from the beach — around 25 minutes on foot, with an uphill walk back.
Overall, this hotel was far below expectations. I honestly cannot understand how it has such high ratings online — perhaps because some guests only notice the rooftop and décor (lots of unnecessary switches and colored lighting, which give a false “high-tech” impression). But the basics (air quality, comfort, location) are seriously lacking.

Exceptional experience! Even though you are in a very good location, you have everything you need at the hotel to relax. The beds are extremely comfortable and the facilities at the hotel are very clean, modern, and they aim to make you feel comfortable and relaxed (they succeed). The dinner was better than expected, the breakfast absolutely satisfying and everything was fresh! As a Cypriot I absolutely loved the fact that almost-if not everyone speaks greek and makes you feel welcome. I would describe my stay as “the best 24 hours for relaxing ”. I look forward to stay at this hotel soon!
