Our stay at Hotel Napa Suites was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always willing to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, creating the perfect place to relax. The cleanliness was impeccable, with both our room and all the common areas kept spotless and maintained to the highest standards. Overall, Hotel Napa Suites exceeded our expectations with its outstanding hospitality, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay and would gladly return again!!

This hotel experience was fantastic! The parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a great location in Agia Napa if you're driving, as everything is just a short drive away. If your main interest is the beach, I'd definitely recommend renting a car since it's a bit far on foot. The rooftop pool was lovely, with great music, excellent service, comfortable sunbeds, and a perfect pool to relax and swim in. It also has a beautiful view, which made the experience even better. We booked the breakfast buffet package, and the selection was perfect and delicious. I especially enjoyed that I could go every morning and have the same breakfast if I wanted to, as I'm quite a picky eater. There was enough variety for everyone, while still having the familiar options I liked. The complimentary one-day pass to the sister hotel was a lovely addition. It allowed us to broaden our experience, explore another property, and enjoy the facilities at both hotels during our stay. But I have to say, the hospitality was the best I've ever experienced! The staff made us feel so welcome and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The team at Umami restaurant were especially accommodating. The bar was one of the best parts of our stay, thanks to the best bartender! It was such a wholesome experience, and we looked forward to sitting there every evening to chat and enjoy the yummiest cocktails I've ever had. It really made our stay feel extra special. In terms of value for money, I'd say everything was reasonably priced. The only thing that felt a little expensive for me was the food at the bar (im sure it tasted good), but that definitely wouldn't stop me from staying here again, I would happily stay here again and again.

Currently sitting by the pool on our last full day, taking five minutes to write this review because our stay here has been nothing short of amazing! Hotel – absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything feels fresh, newly painted, and the scent throughout the building just reminds you of summer, sunshine, and cocktails.The rooms are gorgeous, with huge king/super‑king beds, sleek furniture, and all the essentials you could possibly need. Ladies, no need to pack a hairdryer, toothbrush, or even a razor, they’ve thought of everything. Breakfast – delicious, beautifully presented, and full of freshly cooked options. The eggs Benedict is genuinely one of the nicest I’ve ever had. There’s a great selection of hot dishes, fresh fruit, honey, pastries, and top‑quality tea and coffee. Rooftop Pool – stunningly presented with the perfect chilled‑out vibe. The poolside food is some of the best I’ve ever had, with the sushi rolls being top tier! The DJ plays every day, starting chilled in the morning and getting a bit livelier in the afternoon, perfect cocktail vibes. The volume is spot‑on: enjoyable but you can still chat without shouting over the music. Staff – where do I even start? From the hotel manager to the breakfast team, pool staff, reception, and housekeeping, I genuinely don’t have a single bad word. Every one of them greets you with a smile, takes time to chat, makes you feel welcome, and shares a laugh with you. They’ve truly made our stay exceptional. I honestly cannot wait to come back. 2027 isn’t possible due to other commitments, but we’ll be returning with a bang in 2028 and we can’t wait to see everyone again!

The hotel is newly established, and the staff provides exceptional and attentive service. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view and features an infinity pool. We were provided with complimentary beverages, chilled towels, and live DJ entertainment. The room was somewhat compact, accommodating four individuals. The bed was comfortable. The location is conveniently situated approximately 10 minutes from the town center.

We had such a wonderful stay at Napa Suites. The staff were honestly one of the best parts of our experience - everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. No matter what we needed, they were always there to help and made us feel at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and beautifully prepared. We looked forward to it every day! The atmosphere around the hotel is amazing, especially by the pool. The DJ created such a great vibe, making every day feel like a little celebration. A special thank you to Dorothy, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She is such a warm, kind, and caring person and was always attentive to us. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality made us feel really special. Thank you to the entire Napa Suites team for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be back! ❤️
