Location is a bit far from the city center and tourist area.
The Casino is professional, luxurious, and fun. The beverages are nice but the food was average (And the food are not complimentary).
They should keep the dress code more strictly in my opinion.

Update: if you look below the hotel has responded with the most pathetic response. Instead of rectifying their mistake they have now made another by telling me I cannot write this! I absolutely can and have!
This is hard for me to write but it has to be done. I was born and live in England but I visit Cyprus every year due to my parents being from here so I have a connection. Seeing this place made me proud at what they have achieved but they are still very behind. I’m not a gambler but wanted to play just the once as I was there. I saw the roulette table and I don’t know how it works but I know you can put a chip on either red or black. Anyway, the screen read €10 minimum bet so I placed that on red and it came through. There was some silence but I was sure I had won. I then said “it landed on red” to which the man said “yes, however the minimum bet is €25 euros” I pointed out that the screen read €10 to which he said “I know I am waiting on the manager” I mean he could have just told me that from the beginning. Anyway, the manager came and said to me in greek “we will pay out this time but if you do that again you cannot come back” do you know how much that angers me? Even now writing this is making me mad. This is the problem with Cyprus. It doesn’t matter what they achieve the people will always let the country down. How anyone can blame the customer is beyond me especially a ‘manger’ Excuse me go eff yourself. I bit my tongue and didn’t say anything. I couldn’t be bothered to deal with morons but I feel people need to know. The screen read €10 minimum bet, the man also accepted the €10 bet. How is that on me?
We had a great time at the casino. It reminded of my vegas experience. It is very big and has a big variety of games (tables and electronic). All drinks are free.
The only downside is that dealers are not professional, most of them need a lot of support from the tables managers and are not friendly with players.

**"Extremely disappointed with the anti-Semitic behavior of the casino manager! Avoid this place at all costs!**
My wife and I visited the casino for the first time, hoping to enjoy some games and end our trip on a high note. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee at the entrance who informed us that our flip-flops were against the dress code. Although we were frustrated, we understood and made the hour-long round trip back to our hotel to change shoes, as we really wanted to experience the casino.
When we returned, the same employee was at the entrance. While waiting in line, the manager suddenly approached us to check our IDs. We explained that we didn’t have the physical IDs with us but could provide a copy. He flatly refused to let us in without the actual ID, even though my wife and I are clearly 32 and 26 years old.
We told him that the employee had only mentioned the dress code issue and said nothing about needing to present IDs. At this point, it was clear the manager was deliberately giving us a hard time. Meanwhile, we noticed other people entering without any ID checks. We felt singled out, deeply offended, and sensed clear anti-Semitic discrimination.
The employee seemed at a loss for words. We were so disappointed that we decided not to return. The manager’s disregard for the effort we made to comply with their rules was blatant and deeply upsetting."**

One of the best Hotels I have ever visited! It was great vacation experience for my whole family! Everything was higher than our expectations! The staff very polite and with high quality of services offered at every single place and spot.
Great for relaxing and family activities you hardly find.
Restaurants and food also very very good! One night, the master of the Aura restaurant heard my children discussing about how great was the pasta the tasted last night. He came back with the two chefs of the restaurant to share with my kids their experience and offered us the same pasta especially prepared for them(!!!).
I highly recommend it and for sure will visit this place again next summer!
