Everything you would expect from a five star hotel and more. The service level is excellent even with the high numbers of people who either stay or visit the Casino. Less than a year since opening and facilities immaculate and extensive . Superb value for money, and something Cyprus can be very proud of.

One of the worst 5 star hotels in Limassol.
Service is non existent. During breakfast I was forced to bring silverware from an adjacent table after I was waiting 20 min to get a pair. In addition, I was waiting 30 min to get my coffee. No covered parking, imagine going there in summer for one week and you will need to leave your car out in over 40 degrees Celsius.
Lastly, they are blocking another 200€ over and above your reservation for insurance. When I have confronted them about this they said it is for security reasons. All the hotels they can charge your card when you use the mini bar or do any damage but on City of Dreams they block it as a precaution. Amazing. Stay away. There are better 5 star hotels in Limassol.

City of Dreams Mediterranean is a resort casino with so many activities. It is located at the west side of Limassol City, it has a wide variety of luxurious guest rooms and suites! Also has Presidential suite! Of course at the City of Dreams there is the larger Casino is Cyprus! And of course there are many restaurants, retail shops and EXPO and Ballroom Halls for Exhibitions!! As a guest you can relax at Spa and the internal pool and visit the Adventure Park! Also to relax at the Swimming Polls and have a nice brunch or dinner at one of the restaurants. Once in your lifetime you have to visit such an integrated Resort!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite City of Dreams hotel in Limassol, and it exceeded all my expectations. The opulent experience began each morning with a sumptuous breakfast spread, offering a delightful array of fresh, high-quality dishes.
The hotel's facilities were nothing short of impressive, ranging from the state-of-the-art gym to the serene spa, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The attentive and courteous staff consistently went above and beyond, ensuring every need was met with a warm smile.
For those seeking adventure, the hotel offered an exciting range of activities. The dedicated adventure park of the hotel added a unique touch, catering to thrill-seekers with adrenaline-pumping experiences.
Families were not forgotten, as the kids' entertainment options were extensive and engaging. From supervised play areas to enriching activities, the hotel made sure that young guests were entertained and cared for, giving parents the chance to fully enjoy their stay.

Our stay at City of Dreams over the New Year was an absolute delight for my family and me. The Kids City New Year party was a hit with our daughter enjoy it to the max, offering a fantastic array of activities that kept them entertained throughout our stay. The Adventure Park staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was truly memorable, providing us with a wide range of amazing activities that we all thoroughly enjoyed.
The room service was impeccable, catering to our every need with efficiency and warmth. The New Year gala was a true highlight, offering a fun-filled evening that left us with wonderful memories. Our suite room was not only spacious and comfortable but also exuded a delightful ambiance, making our stay truly enjoyable. The thoughtful complimentary amenities added a special touch, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail and guest satisfaction. However, what truly stood out was the personalized message from the hotel manager, Mrs. Rosemary Her thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our experience and made us feel incredibly valued as guests.
Furthermore, our amazing holistic experience at the Renu Spa was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The spa's serene ambiance, coupled with the skilled and attentive staff, made our spa day truly exceptional. The Grand Pool is your oasis for refreshing and breezy moments, while the kids go for their very own Kids’ Pool featuring three amazing slides for the coolest water adventure.
If you wish for more quiet moments, relax in one of the four secluded private cabanas or go for the gorgeous pool bar with the comfiest sunbeds and enjoy refreshing selections to quench your thirst. Alternatively, the heated Relaxing Pool with three jacuzzi sunbeds is your place to unwind.
