The rooms are nice and big, but unfortunately, they're also dirty. The toilet needed cleaning when I got there, but the worst part were the drains in the shower and the sink. They were so clogged-up, that they would fill-up if the water was running slightly above average.
It's also pretty loud there. I stayed there for 8 nights, and every one of those nights, there was some sort of disturbance from other rooms. 4-5 nights were especially loud and it kept going until morning. Part of the problem I believe, is the fact that the door frames aren't properly sealed. There was so much visible space between the frame and the wall, that even light came through.

A lovley quiet hotel. 10 minutes walk to ayia napa Bay Town one way 10 minutes walk to nissi Beach the other way. Plus, lots of little beaches close by locally. The Underwater Museum is two mins from the hotel. Very convenient for being local to buses for going out of town and local shops. Hotel is very nice and clean the staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication and excellent service
My room was cleaned every morning, plus new sheets and towels every time. I felt a very warm welcome with their kindness for my first time in ayia napa, staff were absolutely lovely, i got a free breakfast on my birthday which was heart warming, it is definitely on my return list for next year. I was made to feel as though it was a
Home from home. Big thanks to all of yous the staff. Me and my son enjoyed 10days here, and I still wish I was there for longer

I really liked this hotel. It has a great location, within walking distance to the city center, yet not too noisy. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room is pleasantly decorated and quite modern, with above-average space. Plus, there's always parking available.
However, I had some issues with the daily room cleaning; the floor was not vacuumed at all. There were no shelves in the bathroom, which made it challenging to store basic items. Also, just one towel hook in the bathroom wasn't sufficient for all the towels.

The bungalow we got is nice, it has some defects like stains on the walls in the bathroom, but the hotel staff is doing their best to keep their customers happy. We got very early in our first day and they offered us breakfast amd an early check in, though it was not within the package. The lady manager/receptionist is always preocupied to see how she can make our stay better. The pool is very nice.

The hotel is at the great location, with bus stops and supermarkets on the corner. Hosts are very friendly and open to help.
It is located in quiet neighborhood. Rooms are cleaned every day, and every room has balcony, so you can relax and enjoy. There is pool and free parking. Hotel offers transportation from and to the airport, which is very convinient.
The big plus is the bathroom underground, which you can use if you have late flight, to take shower and use the change room after the day at the beach.
Thank you Pavlos and Belini family once again for a great hospitality.
