cleaning service thrown away my sleeping accessories (including quite expensive, special ear plugs), reception did nothing to help

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bellini Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that satisfied every craving. Every aspect of our stay was truly 5-star – the service, the comfort, the atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ayia Napa, Bellini Hotel should be at the top of your list. We can't wait to come back!

Really nice place with a pool that’s a quite a good value for money. Also it’s well located in between the Nissi beach and the city. The Sri Lankan couple who provided the room service during our stay were incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside for me was the breakfast.

The rooms are nice and big, but unfortunately, they're also dirty. The toilet needed cleaning when I got there, but the worst part were the drains in the shower and the sink. They were so clogged-up, that they would fill-up if the water was running slightly above average.
It's also pretty loud there. I stayed there for 8 nights, and every one of those nights, there was some sort of disturbance from other rooms. 4-5 nights were especially loud and it kept going until morning. Part of the problem I believe, is the fact that the door frames aren't properly sealed. There was so much visible space between the frame and the wall, that even light came through.

I really liked this hotel. It has a great location, within walking distance to the city center, yet not too noisy. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room is pleasantly decorated and quite modern, with above-average space. Plus, there's always parking available.
However, I had some issues with the daily room cleaning; the floor was not vacuumed at all. There were no shelves in the bathroom, which made it challenging to store basic items. Also, just one towel hook in the bathroom wasn't sufficient for all the towels.

All rooms come with a dining table, air-conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, safe, a bathroom with a shower and free WiFi. The Superior studios and one-bedroom suites are also equipped with kitchenettes.
