I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, everything was perfect. The hospitality was outstanding!

Rooms much better than what some reviews said, our room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Much better than what we expected given the price, staff were super friendly. Would stay again and would recommend!

One star for the nice receptionist lady. Dirty towel and hairs in our bed. Will never come back.

We stayed in Paul Marie studios for a week at the beginning of August. When we first arrived the hotel seemed fine. Usual for a 18-30s. staff were ok nothing special. First night went well until I woke up at 8am with ants crawling in my bed and all over me. No exaggeration there were at least 40-50 and it was disgusting. We complained nothing was done. It took 3 days for them to move us rooms as it became inhabitable. In the end we had to take video evidence to scare them into action. The maids only emptied the bins 3 times in the week we stayed here, which is vile as you can’t flush your used toilet paper. Very limited English is spoken which makes it difficult to talk to the staff and makes the hotel seem very unfriendly. On a final note the reps are useless. Other than Dan he’s the only one that made an effort. The two girls Hannah and Emma based in our hotel were hostile and rude and seemed to revolve their time around the lads. Over all it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and wouldn’t return. I also witnessed the rep Hannah say “I’m not on shift” when asked to help one of her guests that was in a very bad way and couldn’t walk. Finally we spoke to a group of lads that had some money stolen from their room on the their first night and when they asked to check cctv it “conveniently” wasn’t working that night and they had €500 taken on total. The best bit about the hotel was the €10 bar for 45 minutes to get you drunk but then when you was drunk you was constantly shouted at for being loud and threatened with fines. You can’t breathe without being fined I wouldn’t recommend.

Brilliant stay here, came as a party of 7 3 in one room 4 in another. Definitely recommend staff were great and friendly. Food and drink prices were very reasonable. Definitely be going back !
