An hotel with many advantages and also with disadvantages, there is room for improvement mainly in terms of housekeeping and cleaning. Reception staff and dining room staff are lovely! An extraordinary breakfast, simply amazing! Everything is exceptionally delicious, in the sense of a chef's restaurant breakfast!! And it was worth it. When we arrived I mentioned that it was my 4 year old daughter's birthday, and in a very empathetic way a small birthday cake was waiting for us and the girl was happy and surprised, thank you very much for that. But there is probably a problem with the housekeeping services and with the level of cleanliness in the hallways and the rooms. We stayed 3 nights, and they never vacuumed in the hallway that led to our room, and the papers that were on the carpet the first day were also on the third day. Our room was missed twice, once I asked to come after an hour and then they didn't come at all. By chance, a cleaner came in, and in front of my eyes, she washed my coffee cups with her fingers without soap or anything, as if I was in a third world country. It's just disgusting! Everywhere the entire set is replaced with new ones. And so on the second day, the same glasses were washed by hand and returned, and I know this because there was a crack on the glass, so I knew it was the same glass. The reception staff is very cooperative and tries very hard to provide a pleasant and professional stay experience. In general, the standard rooms are so small that me and a 4-year-old girl felt pressed. very, very disappointing, and did not meet expectations. In the end, we were upgraded to a slightly more spacious room. The shower is fun and designed in a pleasant and relaxing style including all the little things that give a gift, a toothbrush set, sanitary products for the face and to clean the ears, body lotion, etc. and also a loofah, which is great. In conclusion - the hotel is in a fantastic location, just on the most spot attractions i the middle of the a touristy street. on the right side corner of the street of the hotel towards the old city with all the restaurants and luxury shops and international brands. The old port is also stunning, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. A beautiful hotel designed under a night concept, loud club music throughout the day and night in the lobby and in the public areas, changing colored spot lighting, it was too much for me, but can decide if it's your taste or not. There is one problem that is not pleasant at all and must be solved otherwise there is no reason to visit there again as far as I'm concerned - all the smoking guests are sitting on the entrance stairs on the revolving door and this gives a very cheap and problematic feeling in terms of visibility and feeling. The swimming pool is on the roof top with a fantastic view, but very littele seats, maybe 10. Mattress is not comfortable at all - very stiff. Overall nice hotel and I give it score 7 in my opinion.

This hotel's location is superb, right on the edge of the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars (would recommend The Last Word for cocktails!). It's also super easy to access the marina or beach via the promenade and both are within 10 minutes walk. Another top highlight was the breakfast, the food was SO TASTY and there's plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we slept soundly in the comfy beds, so overall I felt very relaxed during our stay. Unfortunately I would have to deduct 1 star for the layout of the rooftop. While the pool was a great temperature and a decent size, the space for loungers and chairs is very restricted. They quickly get full first thing and there is nowhere to leave your things if you can't get a chair. The inside bar area takes up most of the room but it is inside and hardly used as everyone wants to be outside enjoying the stunning views. Due to this area being tiled it also gets quite slippy with the pool users going inside to use the toilets. A thought out redesign of the bar area to make it into an outdoor bar with more lounger space would easily make this a 5 star hotel. Despite this I would definitely stay at Nyx the next time I'm in Limassol.

Excellent food. The chefs are superb. Just going here for the food alone is an experience and the rest is a bonus. Roof top pool. Rooms smallish, but excellent design and quality. I wouldn’t hesitate going back.

3 of us (family) stayed in the hotel and our experience was very positive. The hotel is clean, rooms are big and comfortable with smart controls. We had breakfast included - it was full of options! Including salmon, all kinds of cheese, various salads and eggs + desserts. Especially we want to thank Front Office Manager Michalis P, who solved all our questions and offered us additional benefits. We had an issue with the third bed in the room, and we were offered to have a separate room for the third person for one night until our third bed will be ready. We had a birthday of our mom and the hotel prepared a real cake 🎂 and the cake from towels too 😄 The hotel is in the city center, good for business clients and someone without car, if you want to visit cafes in old town and bars next to promenade. Thank you and we recommend it!

To put it bluntly, for this price I expected more. It is underwhelming. The rooms are quite small, and not well designed. The room was clean, of course, but they didn't have a right three prong plug/transformer. I had to buy it in the store next door, just to charge my US phone and laptop. The location is central and lively, but rather noisy. The service was pretty good. The breakfast was actually quite impressive and complimentary, meaning that it was included. The bar/lounge area was not bad either. So, it is 3 star, not more, alas.
