The location is great — thanks to the investor. Breakfast is wonderful — thanks to the chefs. But the service… deserves a solid two out of five. There’s a light in the corridor of the room that stays on all night. I asked to fix it — the first staff member came and said it’s “for my safety” and that “it’s the same for everyone.” I called a friend staying in another room — his light can be turned off 😅 Called the reception again, wrote to customer support — but it seems both are run by bots. They don’t listen, they just reply for the sake of replying. Two days later, the light was still on. I had to sleep with it. The funniest part? There’s a blackout button in the room that closes the curtains automatically to block daylight — but you can’t turn off the light inside at night. 🤷‍♂️ As for the gym — it looks like it was added just to tick a box. It’s about half the size of the smallest room in the hotel. Great potential, but with this level of service, it’s hard to see regular guests coming back.

We had an incredible stay at NYX Hotel Limassol! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Niki at the front office – she was super helpful, always willing to assist us with a smile, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We also want to thank Alexis M., the General Manager, for his warm hospitality and professionalism. It’s clear that his leadership sets the tone for the excellent service throughout the hotel. The views from the room were absolutely amazing, overlooking the city and sea – the perfect setting to relax. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and top-quality taste that made every meal a pleasure. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Limassol!

We stayed as a family in the hotel for 4 nights. On 2 of those nights, two out of our three rooms were not cleaned. We approached the reception after the first time; they apologized and assured us it would be resolved the next day, but unfortunately, it happened again on the second day, which affected our stay at the hotel. Apart from that, the rooms are excellent – modern, spacious, and air-conditioned. The breakfast is very rich, more than in any other hotel we have seen in Europe, but it lacks vegan breakfast options. I would note that the lunch and dinner restaurant menus did include very good vegan choices. In conclusion, the hotel is very good, but it is noticeable that the staff does not go the extra mile. As a vegan, I would recommend upgrading the breakfast with some additional options, for example tofu.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception, Magda, was extremely kind and helpful – she made our check-in experience wonderful. Our room was excellent: very clean, modern, and with a beautiful view over the sea) However, there were two things we didn’t like. First, the soundproofing was poor – at around 10 AM we were woken up by the vacuuming in the hallway. Second, at check-in we were told that only the minibar was chargeable, while water and coffee were complimentary. Based on that, we drank the water bottles that were in the room (one large and two small), but upon check-out we were charged an unreasonable amount for them. We had no idea they were not included. In a hotel of this level, I truly believe that at least two bottles of drinking water per day should be provided free of charge for two guests, along with coffee and tea. Other than these two issues, everything else was lovely.

Pool no drinka and food policy is great. Rooms range from standard types to family suites, many with balconies or terraces, and some offer sea views. All rooms come with essentials like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include a large outdoor pool with sunbeds and a poolside bar, Mizumazu Asian Restaurant in the rooftop, an all-day buffet restaurant serving international dishes, a fitness center, and a spa with paid treatments. There’s also free parking, a 24-hour front desk, and a concierge service. The closest beach, Ladies’ Mile, is just a short walk away and offers watersports and facilities. This hotel is ideal for couples, friends, and travelers who enjoy a modern design and a social vibe. It’s not directly on the beach, and the lively atmosphere might not suit those wanting complete peace and quiet. But if you want style, a great location, and an energetic setting, NYX Hotel is a solid choice. Highly recommended for people who wants a chill rest and recreation place.
