The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from day one. The rooms are neat. Breakfast offers a large variety of dishes. The roof top bar offers an incredible view and enjoyment.
I highly recommend this hotel!

A good hotel with great amenities, although some things can be improved for a better experience. The room was very spacious and modern with a comfortable bed. But the doors are not soundproof at all, so if you have teenagers running around on your floor or housekeeping knocking on a door 3 rooms away, you'd hear it. Half the staff seems to be very well trained, while the other half seems to be the opposite. Sometimes, they just stand around in a corner, talking to each other loudly across the other ends like they were in their private lounge. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and so is the food at the restaurant and the bar. Sometimes the room would be cleaned but the supplies were not replenished, so I had to go and ask for them (e.g. soap, shower gel).

Only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast and the location. They won’t let you check in until 3:00pm unless you pay the extra 100 euros that they advertise on the hotel website. Arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and was told to come back at 2:00pm. Came back at 2:00pm and then was told to check back in 20 minutes. Checked in to see if it was ready every 20 minutes and nothing changed. Finally at 3:01pm the room was magically ready. The AC in the room only works if you are in the room and is ran off of a motion detector, so if you are out of the room all day in the 90 plus degree heat, then don’t expect the room to be much cooler when you get back in. The room got super hot when we were sleeping as well. The sink didn’t drain in our room and the hair dryer didn’t work. We weren’t allowed to take our water bottles (that we got in the lobby) up to the pool unless we purchased them at the pool bar. There were only 10 pool chairs for the entire hotel. Would not stay here again.

For 150 per night its to low… i mean its cool but not for 150 per night, i mean we paid 150 and had a room in first floor! It was craaaazy noisy.. (it wasnt on the mainstret) i dont wanna imagine how it is on the mainstreet… so why u guys dont keep the price lower for the 1-3 floors? Nobody cant sleep there. And the other point is, somebody (guest) came to our room middle in the night because deskcrew gave them our room.. how can be this happen? Ok it was a mistake but still, HOOOOW? And the rooms in the first floow are to small to for this price, and even u dont have place on the rooftop pool if u dont go 10am when its open, because there is only 5-6 sunbeds.. sadly i cant get my money bad, it wasnt a good stay there (but the breakfast is nice)
Oh yeah and u dont have a own parkingplace. Yes for this price u DONT have parkingplace.. thats crazy

I had a fantastic stay at the NYX Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to their work – you can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel welcome. Everything was top quality, from the rooms to the service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!
