NYX is our corporate default hotel choice, so I stay here every time I'm on a business trip - and every time it's such a painful experience. The location is good. The breakfast is okish. Service is just nonexistent to ridiculous. They may be asking to pronounce your email at the check-in deck. You have a birthday? They don't give a damn and have no idea. You're asking for something? You may be waiting forever. You can leave your bags at the on the reception and they will even put a tag on it and give you a ticket - but anyone can approach these bags and actually do whatever with those. I saw it myself just now :))))) Rooms are super small, dark, and sometimes with your windows facing the elevator wall. The bedding is synthetic. Seriously, I'd never stay here by my choice.

Smashing view ! Have ne er seen old Limassol from such a hight ! Sunroof Bar and cafe is breathtaking. Swimming pool takes an attention 100%. Location is perfect in every means. Walking distance to old city, Marina , bus stops of all public transport. Friendly personnel and high end stylish environment.

We had a wonderful stay at NYX Limassol! On our first day we had an issue with a noisy room, but Sofiуа Totozova from the front desk was absolutely amazing — she immediately helped us move to a much quieter and more comfortable room. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made such a difference to our stay. The entire staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and perfectly located. Everything from the room cleanliness to the breakfast service was excellent. Huge thanks to Sofia and the NYX Limassol team for making our holiday truly enjoyable — highly recommended! 🌟

The location is great — thanks to the investor. Breakfast is wonderful — thanks to the chefs. But the service… deserves a solid two out of five. There’s a light in the corridor of the room that stays on all night. I asked to fix it — the first staff member came and said it’s “for my safety” and that “it’s the same for everyone.” I called a friend staying in another room — his light can be turned off 😅 Called the reception again, wrote to customer support — but it seems both are run by bots. They don’t listen, they just reply for the sake of replying. Two days later, the light was still on. I had to sleep with it. The funniest part? There’s a blackout button in the room that closes the curtains automatically to block daylight — but you can’t turn off the light inside at night. 🤷‍♂️ As for the gym — it looks like it was added just to tick a box. It’s about half the size of the smallest room in the hotel. Great potential, but with this level of service, it’s hard to see regular guests coming back.

We had an incredible stay at NYX Hotel Limassol! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Niki at the front office – she was super helpful, always willing to assist us with a smile, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We also want to thank Alexis M., the General Manager, for his warm hospitality and professionalism. It’s clear that his leadership sets the tone for the excellent service throughout the hotel. The views from the room were absolutely amazing, overlooking the city and sea – the perfect setting to relax. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and top-quality taste that made every meal a pleasure. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Limassol!
