We visited the spa for a day pass, but i stayed in the hotel before. The spa staff and unhelpful and just basically showed us the changing room wiht no explanation or proper walkthrough. The chnaging rooms have only 3 rooms which was really inconvinant as we where taking turns waiting for someone to shower and change. There is no fesh fruit or even a calm room. The tea and water colors where filthy with cubaoard falling apart. The foot masage , which is just a bunch of sorry bubbles was also very dirty and so unhyginc, no cleaning in between, This is a recipe for fungus to be honest. also the water in ti was ice cold even though warm option is choosen. Spa rooms are tiny. When we asked to use the room with calmn room chairs they refused us and siad only if you book a treatment.! The pool railing fomr the salt water was full of rust. I couldnt even order a drink as no staff was around. So underwhe,lming for 100 euros . They need to do better to have the 5 start status for spa. im a big lover of this hotel but was very very disappiotned

It is going to be a bad review with objective reasons. We’ve heard some good words about the place and obviously saw all the advertisement, but seems like good landscape views are the only truly good things here. This review is for those who is looking for a comfortable five star hotel with superb service - this is not the one. But overall just a nice golf hotel (worn out and underdone somehow at the same time). Let’s start with the tiniest bedrooms (both) and tiniest beds (I would say 150-160 sm, which is far from ok for a couple in a five star hotel). There are roll blinds which are not working properly and poor mattresses as well so you wake up from the sun and a pain in the back at the same time (and yes, I am writing this review at 7 am laying in this bed disappointed with quality of sleep). And while the room looks nice at first glance you later find out that part of the things are worn out (we have spots on the couch in our room, very very very old robes, some abrasions on water taps). First time in my life (and I’ve seen a lot) I saw a toilet paper with flowers on it from the nearest supermarket in a hotel. The cheapest version of Molton Brown cosmetics in 30 ml sizes also doesn’t improve the impression. No additional services of a 5 star hotel such as preparing room for sleep for example. No minibar in the room also turned out as a big con for us. The dining restaurant is mediocre. They serve some hot starters cold and put crazy amount of sauce on beef wagyu carpaccio that you can’t actually taste the meet. And I would say that the waiter rather confronted us than tried to explain what was wrong with the food. And I won’t even go into “they didn’t bring us starters at the same time for everyone at the table and it took three times asking to get bottle of water”. Huge amount of people in spa even off season, with no capacity for such amount. Good facilities though, but only 14 places to seat around indoor pool for example. And saunas are always full too. By the way saunas are quite cold for Slavic people without possibility to increase the heat/temperature (80 degrees maximum in a Finish sauna and no open rocks to let off some steam). So all the guests discuss how cold it is while seating in there. Steam room didn’t work in the evening, but it did in the morning and was ok. The gym is good, they also have a yoga class/area with equipment (so needed back rolls after a night on bad mattresses). WiFi doesn’t cover the area, I mean even spa and the way to it have some gaps in network. For the breakfast there is a wide choice of sweets and pastries but not so much of a hot food options except English breakfast ingredients. The most weird thing is that most of the food is quite cold (not heated properly in the buffet), and you can order from the waiter only omelet or eggs, so for example pancakes you get from buffet and eat rather cold. They also don’t clean tables often enough so you are covered with dirty plates by the end of the breakfast (also not a five-star service). So this is it. Nice hotel but poor service for a five stars. There are plenty room for improvement. There are much better hotels with wonderful service here in Cyprus. We are not coming back.

The place and the surroundings are amazing. The spa staff is very friendly and helpful too. Great atmosphere! There is one major problem though, the hydro/jacuzzi-pool is quite cold. I would come back more often if the water in there was really hot. You start to freeze after a while as the temperature is way below 37 degrees. This hasn’t changed for 2 years since I’ve been there the first time. But maybe people like it cold, I don‘t.

Amaracus Restaurant: Absolutely wonderful! What a great venue we have discovered here. The setting here is first class, a truly FIVE* STAR experience. Firstly the restaurant and surrounding features are simply stunning. The service from the team here is exceptional. They are professional, attentive, proactive, and super friendly. We have struggled to find International standard service and dining experiences in Paphos, but we have found it here! The food was fantastic, and attention to detail matches this 5*STAR dining experience. This really is a special place to dine and we look forward to returning. What a treat! Bravo team Amaracus who looked after us so well on Monday the 12th of December.....

Absolutely fantastic, beautiful design and fantastic layout of the rooms, impressively clean, and the staff are just amazing friendly kind and very approachable. The food was phenomenal, the restaurant area was clean vibrant, and had lovely views. Was a great place to eat and hang out with friends The golf was one of my favourites fantastic range and greens. Would absolutely recommend, and a worthy visit if you are in Cyprus.
