There are two dining destinations to discover at Minthis; The Clubhouse, serving breakfast and lunch menu’s, overlooking the golf greens; and the Plateia, the social square with an infusions cocktail bar and the newest restaurant Amaracus, serving a taste journey inspired by the Mediterranean.
Amaracus
Named after wild oregano abundantly found throughout Minthis, the Amaracus restaurant serves an elegant menu of dishes inspired by the local area and home-grown produce. The Executive Chef introduces a seasonal menu prioritizing home-grown and locally sourced produce, using the finest ingredients from our organic gardens, the resort orchards, and their bee hives and vineyards to provide a new dining experience.
Clubhouse Restaurant
The Restaurant blends visionary design with exceptional menus in a relaxed setting, with informal but impeccable service. Dishes authored by the award-winning culinary team, showcase a unique fusion of Cypriot flavours, Mediterranean classics and French accents.
