The only advantage of this hotel is location. Nothing more!
Room not really modern, very used. Walls very thin- you hear everything from other rooms and corridors.
I arrived at my room and bathroom was not cleaned, used and opened all little bottles of shampoos. Window was not working to lock it in “closed” position. I informed about it reception and nothing was done with it. Very poor customer service of front desk as well as restaurant staff. The waitress was very rude, pissed looking that we even came for a breakfast. Selection of food for breakfast is unacceptable- all food was looking and tasting fake, like a plastic. From bread there was just toast bread, vegetables not fresh, scrambled egg not possible to eat as it was as well fake. Hard-Boiled egg was like haribo. In the end we didn’t manage to eat anything- just we squeezed oranges to have at least some vitamins… Coffee poor quality, juices very sweet. I do not recommend you this hotel mainly because of breakfast and staff! The worst!
Pool with mold in it. Very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel, there is many other nicer hotels in this area!

Terrible experience - Never again!
If you're looking for a hotel to ruin your vacation, this is the place for you! We initially booked Tsokkos Hotel, but when we arrived, they claimed our reservation didn’t exist, even though we had proof. The next morning, they apologized, clearly overbooked, and sent us to Ramada Hotel. As a "gesture of apology," they offered us a free lunch – they shouldn’t have bothered! The food was so disgusting that it was inedible, and it had a horrible smell that was simply unacceptable.
Our room was an absolute nightmare. Ants were everywhere! When we asked the cleaner for help, she clearly didn’t feel like doing anything. Only on the second try did she clean up the ants, but when we requested a change of bedding, as ants were all over the bed – they didn’t do that either.
To make matters worse, towards the end of our stay, they took our card and claimed we hadn’t paid because the previous hotel canceled the reservation. They entered our room while we weren’t there and informed us about this the night before our departure!
The only good thing about this place is the location – it’s close to the city center. But that’s nowhere near enough for me to recommend this hotel. Avoid it at all costs!

The location is near central Ayia Napa, near shops, restaurants & very close to the beach. The reception staff seemed to be the same person everyday. Our room was not cleaned for days. As you are not allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet our bin became very full & smelly. Each time I went to reception to ask for a room clean, there were always other people there first with similar complaints. The man at reception was very rude & often did not listen to people’s views. He appeared fed up of working there. There was one time when I went to reception, the chap asked me what I wanted as I proceeded to tell him, he cut me off to ask another (cabin crew staff) person what they wanted. The man handed back 3 room cards saying all those rooms they were given were already occupied by others. He said when they’d entered those rooms, those occupants were on the toilet, one was in the shower & the other occupant was getting dressed!!!How utterly awful for those occupants of those room!! I definitely would NOT say this is a 4 star hotel- 2 star at best. It’s like the right foot doesn’t know what the left foot is doing! Their breakfast offering wasn’t anything special with no signs as to what the items may be. I thought a tray of pink stuff was Taramasalata as it was next to the olives- only to be told it was strawberry yogurt! Each time I asked when our room would be cleaned I was told it would be that day & staff were working until midnight to clean rooms. Can you imagine the cleaners coming in when you’re sleeping?! This hotel is trying to be something it’s clearly not. We stayed in a small family run 3 star hotel when we came to Ayia Napa in June- staff were extremely attentive, our room was cleaned every single day & the grounds were immaculate! There appears to be hardly any staff here. There’s an older chap running around, ( perhaps the manager?), playing wakemol telling people ‘yes rooms will be cleaned’ yes we’ll make sure this or that is done’ but nothing gets done! Very, very poor- extremely disappointing! Never coming here again!!

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation.
. Overall, my experience meets my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
Highly recommended!
We have booked this hotel literally last minute to check in the next day after booking. Although reviews and ratings are super low our say was quite good in general.
Rooms quality could depend on block you are living. We had a new modern building, so conditions were above “satisfactory”: new furniture, great bathroom, lots of space and stunning sea view from the balcony.
Hotel has three small not deep pools with very warm water (could be great if you stay with children).
We didn’t try hotel food as been eating outside all the time.
Great location - there are plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainments, shops reachable by walking.
Stuff seemed to be not in a hurry, working with its own calm pace (in some cases even a bit ignoring guests), but if you are chill about it, it doesn’t make any discomfort.
Cleaning services are not provided each single day.
The only critical stubble we faced is toilet in the pool area. Better visit in the room.
