My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The service was excellent from check-in to check-out—friendly and attentive staff. The property is stylish and well-kept, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. A big plus: the pools, especially the **swim-up rooms** with direct water access—perfect for all-day relaxation the location very convenient. Overall, an experience I’d happily repeat—I highly recommend it! Especially for couples

We had a short stay at Ramada and found the staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We appreciated their help very much. The pools were very clean and a good size. One had a volleyball net erected which was a big hit with our kids.

We have booked this hotel literally last minute to check in the next day after booking. Although reviews and ratings are super low our say was quite good in general. Rooms quality could depend on block you are living. We had a new modern building, so conditions were above “satisfactory”: new furniture, great bathroom, lots of space and stunning sea view from the balcony. Hotel has three small not deep pools with very warm water (could be great if you stay with children). We didn’t try hotel food as been eating outside all the time. Great location - there are plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainments, shops reachable by walking. Stuff seemed to be not in a hurry, working with its own calm pace (in some cases even a bit ignoring guests), but if you are chill about it, it doesn’t make any discomfort. Cleaning services are not provided each single day. The only critical stubble we faced is toilet in the pool area. Better visit in the room.

Adding to the misery, the TV didn’t work either, leaving me with no way to distract myself from the other problems. When I tried to address these concerns, the manager literally walked away in the middle of our conversation. The staff was not only unhelpful but downright rude. They displayed a complete lack of concern for the guests' well-being and were astonishingly ignorant. There was no room cleaning at all during my stay. The staff seemed to be completely indifferent to basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. Their ignorance and rudeness made it clear that they simply do not care about their guests. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. Never stay here in your whole life. My stay at the Ramada Hotel was an absolute nightmare.

I had to leave my trash on the floor, which only added to the already disgusting environment. 3. **No Water Provided**: Incredibly, the hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary water. When I asked the staff about it, they were rude and dismissive, basically telling me to buy my own. 4. **Bed Bugs**: This was the absolute worst part. I found bed bugs crawling all over the bed. I couldn't sleep and ended up with bites all over my body. This is beyond unacceptable and poses serious health risks. 5. **Filthy Conditions**: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and there was a general stench of neglect throughout the place. Staying at the Ramada Hotel was a dreadful experience from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about their guests or maintaining basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.
