Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Cleaner left out balcony door open when we were out, which was unnerving given the other reviews about theft. Thankfully we got off lucky.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment!
We were robbed, and the manager acted like the real issue was just that we didn’t like the room. When I asked to check the security cameras, it turned out that the neighbors next door broke into our room. There is absolutely no security in this hotel.
Breakfast costs €7.50 extra, and it was the same every single day — nothing changed. The pans and pots were scratched, there was no microwave, and many essential kitchen items were missing.
The hotel doesn’t even offer basics like salt. When we asked for a bit (even though they had small packets in the dining area), they wanted to charge us €0.80.
Cockroaches were everywhere in this hotel. The bedsheets were never changed, only the towels. The balcony door sometimes locked, sometimes didn’t, and when we reported it, they told us “it’s normal” and that nothing can be done.
This is a serious warning for anyone — don’t let your money be stolen or put yourself in an unsafe situation.
The pictures online look amazing, but in reality, it’s a disaster.
We reported the theft to the police, and when they came to check the security footage, the manager literally ran away. Later, he told us it wasn’t his fault and he won’t be paying for anything.

A good price - value - location ratio at this place. Clean rooms, air conditioner, balcony, a small kitchen to cook whatever you want. Breakfast at the site, 7.5 euro ( June 2025 ), they also have a swimming pool.

Clean and quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day. At night is usualy quiet, you can hear (if you open the terrace), the truck from cleaning streets in the morning. And, as always, you can hear loud people in other apartments, but, to be honest, that is not their responsibility... Otherwise, it is recommended! You have all that you need. The keys for safe you can seek at the reception, with the deposit of €10. The pool and the reception are in the other building - Mia apartments (the next in the line). The staff were very fast, helpful and friendly. There is an elevator in the building, so I'm sure that the entrance is also suitable for disabled people. The location is a little on the hill, but not so big elevation. The only complaint that I have is maybe a small terrace.
This apt is very affordable. The room is spacious, location is also good.
Good beaches are 10 min walk and the party street also and the square.
Room was very cleand and towels was very good smell ( It’s rare.)
Cleaning staff is so kind, and they cleaned to room every day.
The apt is so modern and minimalism style - so its nice, and have elevator.
I really recommend it✌️✨
