Highly trained staff are there to assist and provide any relevant information. Speaking English, Greek and Russian to cover your holiday needs. A fully air- conditioned reception and lounge area-lobby indoor.

I found that the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could be improved.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that the bed linens and towels were only changed once throughout my entire stay.
You can find better accommodation for same price.

This hotel steals from their guests rooms!!!! I was gone for two days and I let the cleaning lady went in the room and she took a bag with all my birthday presents. When I reported it to the hotel they said it was an accident and didn't even compensate me 1 cent. When you arrive at the hotel, you sign a waiver stating that they are not responsible for any theft by the housekeepers, because I imagine they know that their housekeepers are dubious. In fact, the cleaning was very poorly done. To be avoided !!!

We stayed 3 nights on july 2024.
It is a good room for couples who just need a place to sleep.
Cozzy room with good air conditioning and excellent WiFi .
There is small kitchen, table, and some kitchen items.
There is problem with the electricity and the water in the room. The water changes frequently between hot and cold.
The location of the hotel is in the inner neighberhoods.
There is very nice swimming pool and bar to relax.
The price is very good
In conclusion, i would recommend for couples who just want to sleep somewhere.

It's overall a fairly good place to live. Close to a nice, usually empty beach and to a supermarket.
It's not luxurious by any means but we found mostly everything we needed.
The owner and the lady that gave us the keys were great and very kind. That's a big plus. It was a bit noisy at times though. People looking for absolute silence would not be satisfied.

Good location for a decent hotel.
The beds are quite comfortable and there is a small balcony to put out any clothes and towels to dry.
The main bars and clubs of Ayia Napa are within walking distance from this location.
Also there are some parking slots available at the property for a few cars.
The staff are just able to cover basic info. They couldn't offer any early check in or answer clearly about the parking slots before we arrived at the facility.
The furniture is a bit dated.
