Excellent service, from the welcome drink and friendly staff to the breakfast the next morning, better than some 5 star hotels I’ve visited. Very clean and good location. There is some construction in the area outside but it didn’t affect our stay.

Nice small boutique hotel. Good breakfast. Good location. When we stayed there the nearby road was being fixed so it was a bit noisy, but they've probably finished by now

Perfect place for exploring the center of Nicosia on foot. It’s beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff are absolutely delightful and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A truly charming spot that combines comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

We arrived at the hotel and received excellent service. The staff was so nice. They recommended places to go for a walk in Nicosia and also where to eat. The rooms were great for the price. Of course, it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's not supposed to be. It's a simple, cheap hotel and it's worth every euro we paid for it. The breakfast was great. I recommend that you book the rooms through the hotel's website and not through Booking.com. The location was great, close to the main street. It's a great hotel. I just don't have anything more to say.

All the people working there were very nice, offering water and wine to us as we arrived after a very hot day in Nicosia. Big thanks to the hostess working the night shift as she was particularly nice and helped us find cool places worth a try.
Rooms are very nice and very have AC
Water bottles wait for you in the fridge.
Breakfast was good and contains local delicacies and traditional breakfast hotel food if you want your Eggs and Bacon.

Standard Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a desk, a minibar, a flat screen tv, coffee/tea machine, safety deposit box and boutique amenities. The rooms have a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Two of the Standard rooms are also fully equipped and suitable for guests with disabilities.
Superior Room
The elegant Gate 22 Superior Room encompass a 18 m2 space, ideal for an upgraded hotel experience. A desk, minibar, flat-screen TV, coffee/tea maker, safety deposit box, and upscale amenities are all included in the air-conditioned Superior Rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Superior Rooms are also suitable for a family with one child.
