We stayed here a week ago and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the interior design is nice—the warm paint colors make the space feel very inviting, though the angel motifs on the walls weren't really my style.
The Room & Layout: The room was quite a tight squeeze. Both the bedroom and bathroom are small, and it was odd to have only one chair for two adults. The sink is also outside the bathroom, which is an awkward layout choice. One thing to watch out for: the "closet" is an open-style rack tucked behind the TV. You have to be careful when hanging clothes, or you'll likely hit the screen. At check-in, we requested a room on a higher floor, but were told nothing was available—which was surprising since the hotel seemed fairly empty during our stay.
A few things to keep in mind:
The Heat: The bed was comfortable, but the room was sweltering. We set the temperature to 17°C (the lowest allowed), but it stayed very hot. It seems to be a central heating issue, especially since the hallways were actually chilly.
The View: The booking photos were misleading; we expected a balcony but only had a sliding window. The glass was quite dirty on the outside, making the view blurry. There is also construction right in front of the hotel that gets noisy early in the morning—bring earplugs if you aren't an early riser.
Rooftop Bar: It was disappointing that the rooftop bar was closed on Sunday night, as we specifically wanted to be there for the sunset.
The Highlights: The staff are pleasant and helpful, especially the lady serving drinks at breakfast—she was very attentive. Breakfast was a highlight; the savory options were well-seasoned (the mushroom and egg muffins were excellent), and eating with a view of the Pentadaktylos Mountains was a great experience. The location is also perfect for walking to the main attractions in Nicosia.

We arrived at 11:30pm and were greeted by a wonderful man named Mike. He was so helpful and always smiling. Made us feel so comfortable. The room we got was spotless, it was so incredibly clean and very comfortable. They did however give us a standard room when we booked and paid for a superior - that’s the only set back we got.
Breakfast is on the roof, very nice restaurant and it was delicious. The staff were so nice and attentive. Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to so many places around the city. Hotel is pretty, clean, friendly, and I would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
We arrived at this hotel after two exhausting months in north Cyprus and were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by everybody. We brought our son with us who was just 2 months old at the time and the manager was so over the moon to see him. We were able to get hot water for baby formula even at 3 am at the reception. The hotel didn’t have a baby bed when we arrived and the manager quickly called some people and found one for us.
Booked this renovated hotel for few days. Starting with the positive ones, hotel is located at the old town of Nicosia and very closed to Eletheria Square and famous Lydras street. The hotel has an amazing view from the 8th floor where the rooftop is. The rooftop is used to serve the breakfast and at the evening time used as restaurant- bar.
My room was in the 5th floor, a superior double room, with street view.
Reception staff and personnel served the breakfast were very kind and willing to serving you fast and good. There is a 24/7 reception desk which is very positive as arrived a.m hours.
Let’s pass now to no so good comments. The size of room is very small for a boutique hotel offers a superior double room. On hotel website described that in this room’s type can be accommodated a family of 3 which is impossible. Will be difficult to stay more than one person at the same time. Closets are open style, located behind the screen tv and access should be with cautious.
At the two main streets where the hotel is located, in the front street there is a Christmas luna park with a sledgehammer 360 where kids are screaming every time that there is a ride! This luna park remains open until meadnight! At the same street are renovation construction works in progress, started early morning. In the opposite street of the hotel, is also construction works of a new building! The room windows cannot isolate the street noise and is difficult to sleep.
I requested to look after my tv as was impossible to change channel from the remote control. I requested same almost every day, nothing happened until the time I left and stayed more than a week there. Every day I received the same reply that my tv was ok, although two times the receptionist came to my room and witnesses the tv’s malfunction.
Also day by day was requests from front desk to replenish my room amenities.
Breakfast buffet becomes too boring as has limited goods.
The hotel I believe needs an expirient manager as to run proper and smooth.
If you plan to stay for a long in town, better to reconsider this hotel as your first choice.
Hotel is mainly works with corporate customers.

As people who live in Limassol, Nicosia is generally not an attractive destination for us at all.. However, this hotel was simply magical. It is true that there was extensive road work across the street, and yet, the small rooms are designed in such a way that you can see that everything has been thought of! The receptionist was more than kind and charming and the breakfast was simply a celebration. Excellent location!!
