We stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend, and I want to say that most of the negative reviews about it are completely untrue. The staff were very friendly — special thanks to the guys at the bar and the girls at the reception. The maids cleaned our room well; towels and bed linen were replaced every time. All the appliances in the room worked perfectly, and everything was clean.
The food was varied, with plenty of side dishes and meat dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty — thank you to the chefs for their great work!
We really liked our room and the hotel in general. I also liked that it was only a 5-minute walk to the sea and quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again ❤️

The location was perfect, literally a short walk to everything - but far away enough to not hear the clubs at night.
The reception team were lovely and really helpful!
Personally I loved the breakfast. I think overall really good value for money!

This place is a joke. No lift to upper floors.. lower floor rooms have no privacy, so close to people walking around the pool. There is too much noise at night. I changed my room later. The air con was not working. The cleaning was not done properly. The pool is so small and the facilities are poor. The staff who work in reception at night didn't speak English properly. The same guy who helped me with my luggage stayed in the room too long and making unnecessary conversation and making me feel uncomfortable(around 1 am when I checked in). Some male staff and a man who I think was the owner stare at women. I only gave 2 stars as breakfast and the location was okay.

The hotel has a fantastic location and breakfast was tasty, which were the only real positives. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. The first room we received was a double with an “extra bed,” but in reality, it was just a sofa where no one could sleep comfortably, so we had to change rooms.
Cleanliness was not at the level expected: bed linen and towels looked worn and had stains, curtains needed washing, and balconies had no drying racks for wet clothes or swimwear – a big inconvenience in a beach hotel. Towels were replaced only every 2–3 days, which caused additional discomfort in the humid environment.
Overall, while the location and breakfast are good, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and basic facilities.
I was completely delighted with my stay at the Milea Hotel in Ayia Napa! The room was very clean, modernly furnished and was reliably kept in good condition every two days by the friendly cleaning staff. Particularly pleasant was the free air conditioning - especially in the summer temperatures - as well as the private balcony, where you could relax wonderfully.
The all-inclusive offer was absolutely worth it! There was a diverse selection of food that changed regularly, and the drinks menu left nothing to be desired. I would especially like to highlight the young bartender, who provided great drinks with a lot of commitment and a smile on his lips.
All in all: a great hotel with a feel-good character - from the room to the service simply harmonious. A big compliment to the entire team! I'll be happy to come back.
