Room was spacious and clean. Pool area really nice. Food was diabolical, cold, bland, oily and random. Most food wasn’t labelled. Play the same songs over and over again and it drove us mad. Maria the reception lady is rude. We wanted to pay for late check out and was lied to over and over again that we couldn’t, we argued over and over again (including with the rude manager over the phone) who eventually gave in and after us providing evidence that they had advertised late check out was an option. Maria and the manager were rude and blamed working in 50 degree heat…location is good. 3* for sure, not worth the money in my opinion. Jeremie is lovely.

One-Night Stay – Great Staff, But Hotel Needs Improvement
We stayed at this hotel in Ayia Napa for just one night. While the room was clean and the breakfast was fair enough for a 3-star hotel, the overall experience left mixed impressions.
The building definitely needs renovation — especially the bathroom, where we noticed visible mold. For the price we paid, the facilities felt quite limited and outdated, making it seem overpriced for what it offers.
On the bright side, the staff were absolutely lovely — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Their attitude was by far the highlight of our short stay.
With some updates and better value for money, this hotel could become a much more attractive option in the future.

Our stay went well with my friends, the hotel was clean, the room was perfect and with a good smell, the pool was also clean, the hotel is small but very quiet, clean, the service was impeccable, with good parking, the hotel is very close to all the activities 😎 the receptionist was so kind😍
Finally we thank the nicest bartender we have ever seen 🎉 Jérémie❤️, he is always smiling ready to serve with his good shots and his jokes he is always positive frankly he was the author he made us happy during our stays 🫡❤️
We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Cyprus, especially Ayianapa. You will not be disappointed.
I was completely delighted with my stay at the Milea Hotel in Ayia Napa! The room was very clean, modernly furnished and was reliably kept in good condition every two days by the friendly cleaning staff. Particularly pleasant was the free air conditioning - especially in the summer temperatures - as well as the private balcony, where you could relax wonderfully.
The all-inclusive offer was absolutely worth it! There was a diverse selection of food that changed regularly, and the drinks menu left nothing to be desired. I would especially like to highlight the young bartender, who provided great drinks with a lot of commitment and a smile on his lips.
All in all: a great hotel with a feel-good character - from the room to the service simply harmonious. A big compliment to the entire team! I'll be happy to come back.

It was a really good experience! From the first moment you are met with welcoming and pleasant staff. The hotel looks like all you need for a nice Mediterranean vacation. It seems a bit far from the harbour, but if you look overall it is one street away from the city center. So it is amazing and convenient for any jump off points you might have. Bus stops are right at the hotel which adds to time saving when you are exploring far beaches. Rooms are top notch and nock to one star above. Clean, new or maintained furniture, clean sheets and daily room service. Breakfast is continental and normal with fresh ingredients, what more can you need? Overall great experience - much recommendation!
