We arrived at night after notifying the hotel beforehand, (the hotels offers 24h reception) the person working there was very rude, was asleep when we came, the computer and printer didn’t work and he didn’t want to give us the rooms without leaving our passports at the desk (not safe at all). The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms for half the stay, didn’t move us to a different room and no compensation was offered. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT RECCOMD AT ALL!! Want to give 0 stars

This place is a joke. No lift to upper floors.. lower floor rooms have no privacy, so close to people walking around the pool. There is too much noise at night. I changed my room later. The air con was not working. The cleaning was not done properly. The pool is so small and the facilities are poor. The staff who work in reception at night didn't speak English properly. The same guy who helped me with my luggage stayed in the room too long and making unnecessary conversation and making me feel uncomfortable(around 1 am when I checked in). Some male staff and a man who I think was the owner stare at women. I only gave 2 stars as breakfast and the location was okay.

Hotel location is great, nice andn quiet and clean. Staff are friendly. The downside is if you are all-inclusive make use of the drinks as I doubt you will be eating the food. Im not a picky eater and for the price would have been happy with some chips, salad and edible meat but its mainly inedible, no chips, no bread, the meat is appalling, and choice very limited. They couldn't even table thinks correct I.e grapefruit was melon, and pork, was not not pork (maybe dog).

One-Night Stay – Great Staff, But Hotel Needs Improvement
We stayed at this hotel in Ayia Napa for just one night. While the room was clean and the breakfast was fair enough for a 3-star hotel, the overall experience left mixed impressions.
The building definitely needs renovation — especially the bathroom, where we noticed visible mold. For the price we paid, the facilities felt quite limited and outdated, making it seem overpriced for what it offers.
On the bright side, the staff were absolutely lovely — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Their attitude was by far the highlight of our short stay.
With some updates and better value for money, this hotel could become a much more attractive option in the future.

Our stay went well with my friends, the hotel was clean, the room was perfect and with a good smell, the pool was also clean, the hotel is small but very quiet, clean, the service was impeccable, with good parking, the hotel is very close to all the activities 😎 the receptionist was so kind😍
Finally we thank the nicest bartender we have ever seen 🎉 Jérémie❤️, he is always smiling ready to serve with his good shots and his jokes he is always positive frankly he was the author he made us happy during our stays 🫡❤️
We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Cyprus, especially Ayianapa. You will not be disappointed.
