DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AS IT ISN'T A HOTEL. DON'T BE FOOLED...the photos and description are all incorrect information. It is just a building with rooms in poor condition that needs severe maintenance. I spoke with the receptionist, named vladyslav, as he showed me my room when I checked in at 17:45 on Thursday, 3rd August 2023. I had issues with the first room when I arrived as the shower wasn't working, and the balcony door wasn't closing, so it kept stopping the air-con from staying switched on. I was given another room, and again, I had issues with that room, too. The toilet sink had a leakage, which was fixed, but the air-con box on the balcony kept leaking water all over the floor, which caused me to nearly slip and fall down. Also, the shower rail is not stable as it is not screwed onto anything, so it fell off and nearly hit my head. The water that is coming out of the air-con box and shower rail has not been repaired, but I didn't want to move again, so I stayed in the room. There is no kitchen in the room and not even a kettle. Room Service is non-existent. (NO SWIMMING POOL) I only stayed 3 nights, but nothing got repaired as nobody cares about the building or knows how to value the customer. I would NEVER recommend anybody to go to this fake hotel as it's the worst place to stay for any persons standards.

The stuff they think that they can fool us.the mattress they have blood there and they put a white sheet to cover it!shower stand is broken.ants they was coming thru the walls.also when we saw that with the reception we tell him to do cancellation for refund.we had to wait one or two days untill they reply to an email from booking and then our money will come to us to “enjoy” our holidays.each day we called the reception and each time they was unhelpfull ,full of liars and they dont mind to just tell us when they will answer email.she told us “ the boss he will come tomorrow and the next day”.also the next day she told us “ we dont know if he will comes and i have to resend the email to him and i cant do anything more “!thats from 9th of August that we cancell it and we still waiting for our money back!also booking they just call the receptionist of that “property” and they just asking they dont push they dont want also to help their customers!! Really bad guys!it has to came to you the Ministry of Health as you also wanted money that you have pool and “normall rooms” to finally make something to you !

Where do I begin... We arrived to the hotel at night with the car ride provided by the hotel. But, the price was way higher than we were promised. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the hotel reception by a young guy, who definitely was not a hotel professional. He told us to fake our signatures as a joke, which we took lightly, but with a smidge of concern in our minds. We went upstairs to our room and it immediately smelled disgusting. We figured it was the pipes. Bed sheets were filthy. Awful stains. The room did not have normal lighting. The lights were BLUE, or no lights at all. Luckily the hotel staff agreed to move us to another room, with some sarcastic comments. Our second room did not smell as bad and it had normal lights, which was a relief. We stayed in the new room for 5 nights. The cleaning was available every day. We agreed to it, as anyone would of course. We went out for the day and to my horror on arrival, some of my cash was missing and the room was not clean at all. The area is noisy at night, which did not bother us, since we were out most nights anyway. All in all this was a cheap hotel, which is the only bonus that I can personally think of. So if you're a 20 - 30 year old guy, this might the hotel for you, if not PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Oh ps. they say they have a pool, which in fact they did not.

No... Just no... Hell no... I came here with my family for a quick weekend visit... Little did i know it would be the worst weekend ever. First of all the pictures on the website are a lie at least in our room... It didn't have the standard items... It didn't have a hair dryer, an iron, a TV, extra blankets in the closet and in fact the closet door was already broken when we came. All the bedsheets were stained. I believe that this expirience doesn't even deserve 1 star and the sink wasn't even in the bathroom. The one good thing that i can say is that it was clean at least I hope so. The location was good but very dirty and run down. I hope you read the reviews before booking places unfortunately I didn't.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! It's terrible. We booked two rooms and when we arrived to the place it was disaster. First of all, we've been told that Flora Maria was fully booked and been directed to Kleopatra complex. Both rooms were smelly, someone was smoking inside. In bathroom was no toilet paper or soap, or shower gel. Not talking about all this, downstairs was a pub full of drunks, during day time. Don't even want to think about what is going on during night time. We tried to swap rooms, but reception staff became so rude and not even try to help us. So we just left.
