The room was fine, it didn't meet my expectations and value of money. The location is pretty close to everything that you'll need but there is no free parking. The reception lady was very friendly and kind, the room was clean but a regular room not something special for a suite, only the bath tub but it was too narrow. We asked for help because it wasn't working.. hopefully it did! Don't chose to eat breakfast there if you are a local you will instantly regret it, it's not worth it and some of the options were too cooked and were not looking fresh. Overall ,it was a disappoinment. I'm not visiting this hotel again.

I stayed for one week at Qbic City Hotel in Larnaca with my 2,5-year-old son. Unfortunately, our experience was far below what the hotel promises on its website. From the first night onward, the shower temperature became boiling hot every 10 seconds, creating a genuinely unsafe situation for a young child. We did not touch the temperature control, yet the water repeatedly turned scalding hot. I had to shower together with my son to prevent him from getting burned. We also experienced extremely high water pressure at the sink and a constant pumping noise, audible day and night. As light sleepers, this resulted in very short and restless nights. Earplugs would not have been a luxury, which should never be necessary in a hotel like this. We reported these issues multiple times at reception. Each time we were told maintenance would be contacted, but no one ever came and there was no follow-up at all. On our last day, the receptionist advised us to contact the hotel by email, which I did after returning home. After several emails, the hotel shifted the blame onto us, stating that the shower temperature was set incorrectly. This is simply not true and was a very disappointing response, especially given the safety concerns involved. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. However, this is a separate concept and does not compensate for the lack of comfort, safety and proper service from the hotel itself. This experience does not reflect the hotel’s promises of excellent facilities, impeccable hospitality and a comfortable, relaxing stay. A real shame, as the location is good, but comfort, safety and service were not.

I loved this hotel. It is spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, room was quiet with nice balcony, nice big bathroom, good AC/heating, safe and secure. The front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. There was everything you need: teas and coffees, safe, bottled water. The Mingle cafe is great and breakfast was really tasty. Would stay here again easily. The hotel is well located in Larnaca on the main shopping street in the old town, plenty of good restaurants close by, near the water and the castle. Laundrette close by too.

Our stay at this hotel in Larnaca is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful – from the very first moment, you can feel that both the team and the owner put their heart into this place. The breakfasts are delicious, fresh, and varied, and the atmosphere in the hotel makes it easy to relax. Another big advantage is the location – it’s perfect for walks with a baby stroller, peaceful yet close to all the important spots in the city. It’s a place where we genuinely feel cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Central location in Larnaca. Delicious breakfast with hot dishes made to order. Clean, modern, comfortable room. Balcony and small fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything negative, everything was great! Would stay here again.
