Consistently awful service for the duration of my stay.
Edit: Customer relations did reach out to me after I posted this which I appreciate. While I still feel like the front desk has room for improvement at it shows they care and listen.

well ,this is a real very good boutique hotel .with a great location in the center of larnaca ,and the fillings like you are an a new building ,good looking rooms and an amazing breakfast like in a 5 star hotel with a very pleasant service from Cristina and elsa.beside that you have right in the building a coffee shop and a lot of shops for all what you are looking for .so for me this is the right hotel for a very good price of 100 euro per night . Great value for an a good hotel

A great option in Larnaca. The hotel is close to everything, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of options. I would happily stay here again.

An incredible hotel that deserves 10 stars!
The rooms are clean and spacious! The breakfast was amazing! All our problems and questions were answered immediately!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, with many restaurants nearby.
Special thanks to Anastasia from the ground floor restaurant "Smoothie Factory" for her wonderful service and great atmosphere!

A really pleasant surprise. This hotel is better than most Mercures I’ve visited, very clean, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The buffet isn’t large, but the quality of ingredients is high and they offer some tasty local specialties.
