I stayed here for a good number of days. Strategically located close to the beach, restaurants, shops and historical sites. Intercity bus station also nearby.
Lovely people working at this hotel. From the front desk employees, to those at the diner at 7th floor and ground floor, and housekeeping.

Consistently awful service for the duration of my stay.
Edit: Customer relations did reach out to me after I posted this which I appreciate. While I still feel like the front desk has room for improvement at it shows they care and listen.

A great option in Larnaca. The hotel is close to everything, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of options. I would happily stay here again.

An incredible hotel that deserves 10 stars!
The rooms are clean and spacious! The breakfast was amazing! All our problems and questions were answered immediately!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, with many restaurants nearby.
Special thanks to Anastasia from the ground floor restaurant "Smoothie Factory" for her wonderful service and great atmosphere!

A really pleasant surprise. This hotel is better than most Mercures I’ve visited, very clean, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The buffet isn’t large, but the quality of ingredients is high and they offer some tasty local specialties.
