I stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Larnaca and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing overall, despite the admirable efforts of the staff. First of all, I want to emphasize that the receptionists and front desk staff were genuinely kind and tried very hard to help. It was clear that they were doing the best they could with very limited resources. They remained polite, patient, and professional even when dealing with multiple issues. The problem here is not the employees — the problem seems to be the lack of support and staffing from management. The biggest issue was the noise at night. The windows appear to have extremely thin glass, almost like paper. Every single sound from the street came directly into the room — cars, people talking, late-night activity — making it almost impossible to sleep properly. The nights were honestly quite miserable because of this constant noise. Another issue was the temperature in the room. Even though the heaters were set, the room remained cold every night, which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. There were also problems with the water pressure in the bathroom sink, which was very weak. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and several machines were not functioning properly. The juice dispenser and coffee machine were not working during the stay (I even have videos showing this), which left very few options available for guests in the morning. Housekeeping also appeared to be severely understaffed. The room was not cleaned unless we called and reminded them multiple times throughout the day. It often required several reminders before the service was actually completed. Overall, the hotel feels clearly understaffed in several areas. The employees on site are doing everything they can, but they simply do not have enough manpower or tools to provide the level of service that guests expect. The owner or overall manager should seriously consider improving staffing levels and operational support for the team. Again, I want to stress that the staff themselves were excellent and tried their best despite the challenges. They deserve recognition for their effort and professionalism. Unfortunately, the structural issues — noise insulation, heating, maintenance, and staffing — made the stay far less comfortable than it should have been.

Great hotel on a very good location near finikoudes beach! Visited one night here when my flight was cancelled, very helpfull staff. There was some issues with room temperature and got instantly new room with proper air. Very good quality hotel with services if you are planning to visit Larnaka

I recently stayed at the Leonardo in Larnaca and had a bit of a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, the location is fantastic—right in the center and very convenient for getting around. The staff members were also incredibly kind and did their best to assist us throughout our stay. As for the rooms, they are quite nice and comfortable, even if the overall design of the hotel is fairly standard. Regarding the breakfast, it was fine and had everything you might expect from a hotel like this, though the coffee from the machine was average and could definitely be improved. However, the cleanliness was quite disappointing. We found hair in the room and the pillows had black stains on them, which was very unpleasant. We also had to specifically ask for the tea and coffee in the room to be refilled, as it wasn't done automatically. Another area that felt neglected was the business lounge; the food and sandwiches weren't refreshed, and the drink selection remained the same throughout. The most significant issue was the noise insulation. The room felt completely open to the street sounds. One morning at 6:00 AM, a concrete mixer started working outside and it was so loud it felt as if they were building right inside our room. Every noise from the street disturbed our rest, and unfortunately, the staff didn't really try to address or resolve this issue for us. It’s a well-located hotel, but the lack of maintenance and the noise levels made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.

We had a fantastic 4 nights. Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely twin room, V clean and great room service. The breakfast was spectacular great choice, I had the healthy options! I went to the gym every day, v well equipped and everything in A1 working order. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach and we swam every day! I will be coming back! Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable!
