Leonardo hotel was generally very good. However, there are several issues I would like to address. 1. Shower’s cabin floor was a bit slippery 2. Bathroom smell occasionally bad because of sewage 3. Loose furniture like armchairs and breakfast’s chairs were too heavy resulting in making too much noise when moving 4. I am not sure but the shampoo, the shower gel and the hand wash felt like they were the same product Staff was super helpful and friendly, hotel rooms and common areas were very clean, breakfast was very good and of high quality. Finally we had a massage with Maria and she was perfect! General experience apart from the above mentioned issues was good.

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Central position, but quiet. Fast check-in, available also online. Our request for a double bed was accomplished. Very generous and various breakfast, both salty and sweet. Air conditioning and all other room services included. The staff is very kind.

Amazing Stay at Leonardo Boutique We had an excellent two-night stay at Leonardo Boutique! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. A special shoutout to the cleaning staff—when a glass accidentally fell late at night, they promptly came to help us clean up, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, although the dining area felt a bit cramped at times. We also loved the cozy coffee shop conveniently located at the back door of the hotel. Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. However, the bathroom was a bit small, and the door would touch the toilet before it could fully open, which was a bit inconvenient. Another small downside was the pool, which was much smaller than expected, but since we didn’t plan to use it, this wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!
