We only stayed 1 night and found the room comfortable and spacious. Front reception was incredibly helpful, as was the rest of the staff. (The lift music is really loud and can be annoying, especially when checking out at 3am!)

Every single detail of the hotel is designed for comfort and modern luxury. ​However, what truly elevated our experience from great to unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by George, the night receptionist. ​Arriving late at night can often be stressful, but George welcomed us with such genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness that all our travel fatigue instantly melted away. He went above and beyond to ensure every single need was met—from providing seamless and efficient check-in to offering fantastic local recommendations and checking in on us with a friendly smile. Certainly. Here's the revised version using receptionists instead of hostess: > We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our standard room was upgraded free of charge to a room with a terrace and additional amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and promenade. There are also plenty of shops nearby, making everything very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We stayed for one night, we chose this hotel based on its high ratings, and we had previously enjoyed our stay at the NYX in Limassol, which is part of the same chain. But we were in for a disappointment. When booking, we requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were assigned was heavily smoke-stained. When I mentioned this at the front desk, they told me there were no available rooms to switch to, and that in any case, all the rooms were 100% smoke-stained and smelled of smoke. This is a deal-breaker for us. I don’t recommend it to non-smokers. And the breakfast very limited selection, absolutely tasteless I’m not even comparing it to NYX; they simply have the best breakfasts for a 4-star hotel, but here it’s really, really bad. There are a lot of dishes containing pork, even though this is an Israeli chain. One of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had a 1-star level at best. I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s definitely not worth the money. It’s better to pay more and stay in decent conditions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped—we were particularly pleased to find everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. The breakfasts deserve a special mention: they are delicious, satisfying, and beautifully presented, allowing us to start our mornings in comfort without having to search for a cafe. ​The service is impeccable. The reception team is available around the clock, showing genuine helpfulness and exceeding all expectations. We would like to express our special gratitude to Ermis for his professionalism and attentive approach to guests. And ofcourse the location of the hotel is simply superb: right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of both major historical landmarks and the sea. Would we recommend staying here? Our answer: 'Most certainly!'"
