Lovely small hotel centrally placed in Protaras. Two good sized pools. Wonderfully presented food carefully created and quite delicious.Very friendly staff throughout. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed and endless hot water. New fluffy towels daily.

Absolutely wonderful stay – we couldn’t have asked for more! ❤️ We honestly don’t have enough words to describe how satisfied we are with our stay at Sunrise Gardens in Protaras. From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was absolutely wonderful. Our room 108 was lovely, comfortable, spotless and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping deserves a special mention — the room was cleaned perfectly every day, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, with plenty of choice. We genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. It was one of the highlights of our stay. But what impressed us the most was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. From the wonderful housekeeper, to the restaurant staff, reception team and management — everyone made us feel like valued guests. The warmth and hospitality of the entire team are something we will remember for a long time. A special thank you to the management, who clearly put a lot of heart into making sure guests have a great experience. It really shows that the people working here care about their hotel and, most importantly, about their guests. Everything was clean, organized and beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. We felt relaxed, comfortable and genuinely looked after throughout our entire stay. We have stayed in many hotels, but this is one of those places where you leave already knowing that you would happily come back. We are leaving with nothing but wonderful memories and huge gratitude to the entire Sunrise Gardens team. Great experience. Exceptional service and people. The only improvement could be to tell pickup bus to stop near the hotel and not on the public stop. It's fine when it's sunny but bad idea when it's raining. They stop for other hotels in front of the hotel but not here .

A wonderful family stay — highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and honestly, we enjoyed our stay from the very beginning until the very end. This is not a huge luxury chain hotel, but rather a smaller, cosy hotel with a capacity of around 250 guests. For us, that was actually one of its biggest advantages. It had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation, without the noise and fuss you often find in larger resorts. We stayed as a family of three with our daughter, and she had a separate small bed just for her, which was very convenient. The room was clean and modern, with a lovely balcony. Towels were changed every day. Although we had booked a land/garden view, we could actually see the sea from our balcony, which was especially beautiful in the morning. We booked full board, and the food was one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast and dinner were served as generous all-you-can-eat buffets. For lunch, you could order from the restaurant menu and choose from starters, salads, a children’s menu and main courses, followed by dessert. Everything we tried was delicious, and the portions were really enormous — we almost never managed to finish them! What we appreciated most was the flexibility of the restaurant staff. They were happy to customise dishes according to our daughter’s preferences. This was especially important for us as parents because we could order exactly what she liked and make sure she had a proper lunch every day. We really appreciated this level of care. Thanks to the manager of the Sunrise Gardens Hotel - Mister Panagiotis Papadimas, who took exceptional good care of the guests and managed perfectly the case, when we were late for the lunch (so we managed to have a full serving) and organized us a snack for the return trip to the airport. There are also opportunities to dine at other restaurants included in the stay. We could visit the restaurant in the same building twice, and there was also an option to visit a separate barbecue restaurant once, with a great selection of grilled meats served buffet-style. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pools, although, to be honest, we didn’t use them. What we did use every day was the 30-minute stretching session at 10:00, which I absolutely loved. Surprisingly, very few guests attended, so it often felt almost like having a private stretching session! And this brings me to the animation team, which deserves a special mention. They were absolutely lovely. Our daughter especially loved Anastasia, and so did I! I was actually looking forward to doing the stretching with her every morning. Anastasia is such an amazing person — full of energy, always smiling, friendly and genuinely interested in making sure the guests are happy. She communicates so naturally with everyone and is a wonderful fit for this hotel. Grigory was also very positive, friendly and entertaining. The daily activities also included aqua aerobics, which was a nice addition. In the evenings, there was an entertainment programme every second evening, which made a lovely addition to dinner without making the hotel feel noisy or overwhelming. For us, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is extremely close to the sea, and you can reach two different beaches within about a four-minute walk. With a child, this was incredibly convenient. The entire hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. All the staff were smiling, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. And finally, something that really stood out to us: the hotel is incredibly quiet. Despite being so close to a busy area, you can sleep wonderfully well. Even if your children go to bed at 8 p.m., you won’t have to worry about loud music or evening noise disturbing them. For families with children, this is a huge advantage. Overall, we had a wonderful six-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families, especially those looking for a friendly, comfortable and peaceful place close to the sea, rather than a huge, noisy resort. We would happily come back!

A special mention must go to the reception team. Their level of professionalism and dedication is truly impressive. Whether it was a minor request or a more complex situation, they were always available, incredibly helpful, and proactive in finding solutions to ensure everything was perfect for our family. The dining experience was equally outstanding. We were blown away by the five-star service in the restaurant—the staff there are attentive, warm, and go above and beyond to make families feel welcome. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and of the highest quality throughout our entire stay. Overall, the entire team deserves praise for being so friendly, professional, and welcoming.
