Perfect place to enjoy, discover and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. We didn't encounter any uncomfortable noise, no loud music, no loud people. The room was well insulated and the air-conditioning worked well. Good bed, good shower. Small fridge, small locker. I was with my two teenage kids and we had a double bed and the sofa bed that worked well. The breakfast buffet is great! Lots of options, Incl fresh pancakes and eggs prepared by the chef while you wait! Also different yoghurts with fruits and toppings. Warm and cold stuff, different kinds of bread including darker bread. Small sweet treats, milk and cereals. Some vegetables even. Coffee, tea, juice (not fresh!)
Two pools and small splash pool for small kids. Very relaxed atmosphere around the pool. Some daily exercises with staff member (stretching and also aqua aerobics, I loved it!!)
It's really only two minutes to the beach and it's only 10 minutes walk to the pier. You can walk over the boardwalk along the shore.
Supermarket right in front of the hotel.
Most of the tourists here seem to be British and northern European.
We would definitely come back here. Wonderful stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived during our stay 31.05.2026 - 11.06.2026, it was clear that the hotel is managed with incredible precision; everything runs as smoothly as clockwork.
A special mention must go to the reception team. Their level of professionalism and dedication is truly impressive. Whether it was a minor request or a more complex situation, they were always available, incredibly helpful, and proactive in finding solutions to ensure everything was perfect for our family.
The dining experience was equally outstanding. We were blown away by the five-star service in the restaurant—the staff there are attentive, warm, and go above and beyond to make families feel welcome. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and of the highest quality throughout our entire stay.
Overall, the entire team deserves praise for being so friendly, professional, and welcoming. If you are looking for a place where everything is organized to perfection and guest satisfaction is the top priority, this is the place to be.

We came with my parents,who are elderly and with mobility/dietary needs. To add to that, we are vegetarian with a 3 years old child so we needed something to tick all those boxes. This hotel was perfect. The half board option had a verity of foods and excellent desserts so we were all happy.
The hotel has 2 big pools and an additional children's pool.
The staff made a big fuss over our son who loved the experience and attention.
The location is also great with the sea 5 minutes walk and a Lidl and a small playground near by.
Towards the end of our holiday we had a medical emergency and the hotel staff were very helpful and supportive.
Thank you for a lovely stay under complicated conditions.

Just home after a week's holiday at Sunrise gardens with friends. I've travelled to many European countries and had mixed standards. This hotel is perfect for me. The decor is lovely, the place is spotlessly clean. The reception staff were so welcoming and obliging. The food in the restaurant was excellent and I'm a very fussy eater. The waiting staff are exceptional, friendly, beautiful manners and professional. The chefs were very friendly especially the young man who worked breakfast. The pool areas were amazing and the lady who worked in the pool bar was so much fun. I will be returning to Protarus and will definitely stay at this hotel.
