The hotel staff are nice, but the food is very bad. Neither breakfast nor lunch/dinner is worth buying at the hotel, and the prices are high. There is no cleanliness when it comes to the food, and in terms of room service — unless you ask them, they don’t change anything. The dishes also have an unpleasant smell.

Too loud
The hotel has a great location near Ayia Napa, with cute white Cypriot houses and a stylish villa look. But it was way too noisy: loud music all the time, which ruined the relaxing vibe. Also, no scenic beaches nearby, just touristy ones. Good for party-goers, not for those seeking peace. I stayed for 2 days and moved out.

The place is quite peaceful, cool and very calm to live. I have been there with my friends some weeks before. The food are awesome. I would really appreciate the service especially that young Pakistani guy was wonderful, skilful and very nice to talk and cooperate. We really enjoyed the days we spent there. See again once in life

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment!
We were robbed, and the manager acted like the real issue was just that we didn’t like the room. When I asked to check the security cameras, it turned out that the neighbors next door broke into our room. There is absolutely no security in this hotel.
Breakfast costs €7.50 extra, and it was the same every single day — nothing changed. The pans and pots were scratched, there was no microwave, and many essential kitchen items were missing.
Cockroaches were everywhere in this hotel. The bedsheets were never changed, only the towels. The balcony door sometimes locked, sometimes didn’t, and when we reported it, they told us “it’s normal” and that nothing can be done.
This is a serious warning for anyone — don’t let your money be stolen or put yourself in an unsafe situation.
The pictures online look amazing, but in reality, it’s a disaster.
We reported the theft to the police, and when they came to check the security footage, the manager literally ran away. Later, he told us it wasn’t his fault and he won’t be paying for anything.

We stayed in a family room for 9 days. The room was very good, I would especially like to note the politeness of the hotel staff, their responsiveness and friendliness.they left a very good opinion of theirselves. Of the minuses, we can note the noise of young companies that were constantly checking out and checking in, but as I was explained, this is due to the large number of graduates who are leaving in June and nothing can be done about it. But again I want to note the professionalism of the administrator who changed our room with a noisy company to another. Also, the breakfasts were not the most varied, but standard and fresh. Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality!
