I had an excellent stay at Heart Hotel in Limassol. The standout feature is the GOKI app, which replaces traditional key cards and allows seamless access to both the main entrance and the room directly from your phone. It’s modern, efficient, and incredibly convenient — exactly the kind of smart technology every hotel should be using.
The property is clean, well-designed, and easy to navigate. Check-in was smooth, the staff were helpful, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and contemporary.
If you appreciate smart, hassle-free hospitality with great technology behind it, Heart Hotel is an excellent choice in Limassol.

It's definitely the best place in the old city centre. A house that's over 100 years old, lovingly restored, and with all the modern comforts. It's on a small street, but everything is close by. It's a small boutique hotel with only 11 rooms, so you have to book in advance. I would like to thank the hotel's team for their help and for making us feel so welcome.

An avant-garde boutique hotel combining the classic style of a grand old house with a hi-tech check-in experience and infrastructure. The room has everything you need and is beautifully designed.
The staff was courteous and quick to respond when necessary.
The hotel is situated on a side street, only a couple of minutes’ walk away from the main street and the sea, and adjacent to many shops and restaurants.
The street itself is fairly quiet, but given the old building and the natural soundscape of Limassol, there will be some noise. All in all, it’s not too bad and didn’t detract from my experience at the hotel.
What could potentially be improved are the room doors. The rooms are equipped with narrow French doors, one of them bolted with surface bolts which can obviously only be unlatched from the inside of the room. This can make for an awkward initial entrance to the room during check-in, especially with luggage. Even after unlatching them initially, the housekeepers kept relatching them when cleaning the room…
It makes the doors a bit fussy to open, which can contribute to noise pollution inside the hotel (especially with the room doors being so close together).

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. Great location: central but not noisy. The wifi works very well and I was able to take work calls. I'd definitely stay here again.
Can’t speak highly enough of this very sweet boutique hotel. Rooms are lovely, modern and very clean, in a great location, coffee and fresh water provided (very much appreciated) and all the staff (especially George) are lovely and very helpful. I felt very at home and taken care of here
